Placed my order at 11:41pm. Called the store at 12:21pm as the Domino's tracker was still showing MD Firoz making my order at 11:41pm. Lady on phone tells me it's a glitch in the system and my order should be there any minute, it's already out for delivery. I hang up. Immediately, the tracker changes to your order is now in the oven. I call back demanding a refund as I've clearly been lied to. Lady assures me my order will be there in 20 minutes (thought it was out already and 5 minutes away) insists on telling me my order is out for delivery and has been this whole time but will give me my refund and still send my order. At 12:27am it shows the quality check completed. At 12:33am the driver calls from outside. Keep in mind this location is about 5 minutes away by car. Driver, MD Firoz begins bybtrying to explain he was out for delivery the entire time. I tell him no, you lied and you just made it. Tries telling me it was a glitch again. Then tries telling me there were 6 other orders. I kept cutting him off because I didn't want to hear it, explaining multiple multiple times I did not care to hear his excuses and to stop talking. He did not and would not leave. This caused me to get frustrated and angry to which I told him I did not f care. He finally hands me the order turns to walk away then charges back up the steps towards me and the open door screaming watch your language at the top of his lungs then proceeds to start calling me white trash.
Way to go Domino's. 👏
Edit: Response to Domino's Owner: No, I will not email your franchise email as I already gave you your in house review with the details. I have also emailed Dominos Customer support directly. But since you are here (automated most likely) your staff never gave...
Read moreI’ve been using this as my Domino’s store (Austin and Gatensbury) for more than 3 years and I don’t normally get my pizza like this. So yesterday, as I got a call (5:27 PM) that the delivery driver is already downstairs, I took my cash and went downstair right away. When I was downstairs, the driver wasn’t anywhere around, even I checked outside so I got curious where the driver was. Then 40 seconds later, I called the driver to ask where he was. It took him about 30 seconds to get off from car.. Then as I looked at him, he looked like a pretty new guy for delivery, and gave me a smile, and I gave him a tip as well.. After 10 minutes later, I looked at the Domino’s Pizza box and the sticker wasn’t sticked properly. When I opened up the box, one of the slice seemed strange. (Not sure if the driver have opened up the pizza box, and touched a slice of it) I called the store and that person said they wouldn’t do like that (but what about the driver??), and I asked for another pizza, and he didn’t accept it. This has happened to me 4 times already from this Dominos Pizza store, and it’s unacceptable. It’s COVID time right now as well. So the next time I see it like this again, I am going to get...
Read moreVery Disappointed with the Service and Food Safety Practices
I ordered a vegetarian pizza from the Domino’s on Austin Ave in Coquitlam and had a very disappointing experience. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, not only was the pizza incorrect (which I was willing to overlook), but what happened next was completely unacceptable.
Before my order was cut, I specifically asked the staff if they use separate tools for cutting vegetarian and meat pizzas. I explained that I do not eat meat for personal and religious reasons, and that cross-contamination was a serious concern for me. They assured me that they would use a different cutter.
However, right in front of me, they used the same cutter they had just used on a meat pizza to cut my vegetarian one. I witnessed it myself. When I brought it to their attention, they simply apologized and offered me a discount—as if that would solve the issue.
I didn’t ask for a discount. I asked for a clean, meat-free pizza—prepared and handled with basic respect and care. This was not just a mistake, it was a clear disregard for customer concerns, dietary restrictions, and trust. Absolutely unacceptable and very...
