RUDE FEMALE OWNER, Very disrespectful young female. I will never go back again. I have already filed a complain with BBB. Our family of four were the regular customer of this branch. Their food was good for the price, and it was close to our house. We used to go there once a week, for almost a year or so. One night when we ordered our food, a new face ( Young maybe in her 30's Asian female) served us. The way she placed the first dish over the table, gave us this feeling that we are bunch of homeless people asking for handout and she is so angry for giving free food away.
My husband was going to make a comment which I raised my eyebrows and asked him to forget about it. Then the female came back with the second plate, and this time worst then the first time. Same attitude but much stronger. We were shocked. We had never seen her, until that particular night.
We never had any problem with the restaurant. We were always respectful to the staff and always left them good tips, and they in turn around were so nice to us. We could not find a reason why that young lady was so mad. Then I asked her if there is anything wrong? In response, she said, if we were not happy, we could leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't believe what she just said. I gave her a smile and asked her to bring her manager which she replied: "I am the one". Then we asked for the owner and funny enough she said: "You are talking to her, hahahaha".
For a moment, I wished she wasn't a women. I swear if a guy would have disrespected our entire family in front of others like that, my husband would have punched him in the face.
We left without saying anything, and after us the family who were seating close to our table left. Like I said, we contacted BBB and the case is open.
I can't remember the exact details of that night's incident, but I can tell you one thing; even if the offer free food, I would never, ever in my life go back there, and will for the rest of my life share my story with people when talking about SUSHI.

Read moreWe ordered from here several times and have been loyal customers for over 2 years . Tonight we placed an order for a total of $200 and my husband found plastic in one of the sushi rolls.
He was accused of complaining too much, it’s better for us not to return and order from them. In the last 2 years of ordering from this place we have complained ONCE!!! This would have been our 2 nd complaint because there was a huge chunk of plastic in his mouth ! When he called she was extremely rude and did not believe him. She then asked that he send a picture as she didn’t believe him and when he did… she accused him of trying to fraud them. She said “ you put that plastic there .” I was in complete shock since it’s not like we ordered 2 rolls and we have ordered over thousands of dollars worth of sushi over the last 2 years. We drove down, showed them the sushi with the piece of plastic and they said “ yes, this happens sometimes, we apologize . We will do better next time.” Which now that is even more concerning , how many other people find plastic when they order from here ?? It got worse as the husband and sister of the owner come and try to explain that other people try to complain and that if we are not happy to go write a bad review.
Anyway to sum it up , if you enjoy sushi that is going to fall apart or maybe find some plastic in your sushi, definitely try this place out! We have spent a lot of money here, we were loyal customers and we will definitely never...
Read moreI ordered three rolls of sushi from this place a few days after the major flood in BC and when I took a look at the menu the rolls should have come to $13.25 plus tax. I went and picked up my order, tapped on the machine and got the receipt and then I got going immediately. It wasn’t until after I took a look at the receipt in my car on my way to work that there was a price discrepancy - they charged me nearly $22 dollars for three basic rolls of sushi. I took a look at a menu to confirm the prices and sure enough it should not have been more than $13.25. I called them up to ask what happened and they told me that because of the flooding they said that there was a food shortage where they get their food from and that is how they justify marking the prices up.
To make matters worse they said that they just decided to do it on the day that I picked up the sushi as the first time they jacked up the prices. I have no problem supporting local businesses at all but they need to do it properly…They did not change the prices on the menu, there was no mention on a piece of paper on their door upon entrance of the changes. They just charged me for it. I cannot in good faith ever support a restaurant that uses deceptive practices like that. Stay away from this place unless you like...
