Horrible service but an okay product. Get your bubble tea elsewhere.

2 employees working mid afternoon on a Friday with only 4 customers in the store and nothing as simple as a hello for the 7 minutes as we waited to order (no people were in front of us, that was just how long things took). This is frankly inexcusable customer service.

When our order was taken there still wasn't a hello but rather "What do you want". Which was then followed by another 8 minute wait for a couple drinks. This wait was because though there were customers waiting only one member of staff was working and production (customer orders or drinks) the other was focused on restocking cups.

That being said stocking is totally fine, but the place looks in disorder. Reference the photo on this review. Boxes everywhere, dirty containers strewn about, and overall no process to anything.

When I came for the 3rd time, there was a staff who was pretty polite. That was a good sign, knowing not everyone there was rough.

Bubble tea wise, it's just too expensive! I have been raving on other reviews on how bubble tea is barely 90 cents in Taiwan while here they are literally $7!

I understand imported items cost more, but for seven dollars you can fill your stomach for more than bubble tea. There are still some stores selling quality bubble tea for less than $5.

Even the toppings here cost more than all the stores I've been to. Sorry, but I might have to skip Pearl...

I wish I can give it zero stars because the lady there was so rude to me but today I went to this place and I was waiting for the lady to take my order but I was standing for 25 mins watching her make the teas and by that time, she still hasn’t taken my order. I was in a rush so I ask the lady “excuse me, how long will it take because I’m in a rush” and she said “you're being very rude right now; you can’t talk to me or anyone this way so just calm down because I only have 1 more order to take”. After 10 mins she took my order and she said “if you are being rude to the person that is serving you then they’re not going to serve you”.
