Absolutely disgusting customer service. They do not understand good customer service whatsoever. I called in to see if I can order my free order from a while ago. There’s a lot more detail in that and the girl on the phone said what I described. It was wrong with my order. It wouldn’t have been approved. I explained to her that I’ve emailed photos and she asked me what the email was. I said can I get what the email is so I can search in my search bar of my sent emails as it again was a while ago and she completely lost it and said she didn’t wanna give me an email. She doesn’t have to give me an email. That’s not how this works and wouldn’t understand anything that I was saying. She made this a huge deal. I was on the phone with her for 10 minutes after five minutes of being on the phone. She said we were on the phone for 20 minutes when I had tried to explain and she wasn’t understanding I asked what an owner or a manager‘s phone number is which is normal to give at most places And she said no she was the one in charge. She was the one that was going to do with it and I said, unfortunately, I can’t have a conversation with her because she wasn’t understanding anything said and anything that I was explaining and she said that she wouldn’t be on the phone with me this long if she wasn’t trying to help me and I said you’re not trying to help me because you’re not listening to what I’m saying and you’re over talking me whenever I was trying to explain something she would over talk to me and I had to raise my voice a few times telling her that she needs to let me finish Talking and explained. She kept laughing on the phone and said that she won’t get in trouble. She doesn’t care if I give a bad review told me to give a bad review said that I can upload the recording of the call and everything. Crazy how some people or some employees think that their representing a business for promises that was said and she didn’t even go to look in a book To see my order that was supposed to be written down for a comp order. Read moreSo, during our dining I wanted my water refilled. Waved and no one seemed to notice me. I actually waved for good whole minute before I felt defeated, wishing there was a service call button. It wasn't busy, I believed there to be a sufficient number of staff in service... Oh, one just stepped out, and she looks to be searching for anyone in need of assistance! I stick my arm up, give a wave, it's like a search light that just missed my presence! ... She did one sweep. didn't notice me, walked back into the kitchen. ... Oh! this other server is leading two new guests to their seats! I urgently stuck my arm out this time practically stopping her from scurrying away. Almost wacked the second guy. That's how I found out there were two guests.
Anywho, so I asked for a refill and finally got it. I felt that whole ordeal required waaaay too much effort in getting them to notice me.
Their food is pleasant enough to keep coming back but their CUSTOMER SERVICE was.... NON EXISTENT, like how I felt. Not that big of an issue if they don't check up on how we're doing or anything like that, but to require that much effort into getting a refill, and it wasn't busy so as it seemed appropriate for one staff member to sit down at an empty table and rest for a moment.
I think that staff is trained to take in guests, memorize their orders, bring it to them, which btw, they mixed the plates, didn't say which order was what... and leave you until you need to pay.
So, when it came to pay I decided not to tip them because of their deplorable service. Paid with cash. Change of a few cents. Cashier goes, here's your change, I'm like nah, 'cause I don't like carrying cash let alone small coins. She goes, "no, no, take it, we don't need it." She was so insistent. What was that about?

Read moreThis used to be my favorite pho place. They also renovated the restaurant so it has clean atmosphere. However, their service does not meet any expectation.
Today, I went pho around 9pm. We ordered two large pho. We waited and waited. The table who got later than us got all of their food. Thus, I asked. The waitress told me that they just got supplies so it just takes longer time. So we waited another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, three of servers were having their pho. I could not understand why they could get pho but we couldn't. However, we patiently waited for 15 minutes. It seemed like everyone is served. The servers who sat down later than us to have dinner finished their pho. We still did not get pho. We decided to leave because it seemed like we will never get pho. When we walked to a counter to let them know we are leaving, they asked us if we do not want pho rather than apologizing. I asked them why it took so long. Then they said that they have system error so it is their fault which is hard to believe because all the other customers got their meal properly.
People can make mistakes. However, when I asked them if the order went through correctly after 15minutes of waiting, they still have chances to fix the problem. BUT they decided to enjoy their dinner talking to each other when we were just waiting for pho that order never went into kitchen.
