J's Wok Restaurant — Restaurant in Coquitlam

Not happy with the ever changing prices of when I go in to pay for take out(since its always different for the same item ordered. Portions are good, food is decent but quality is not the best and owner is not the most pleasant. Unfortunately the business has been there for years and I would love to support it, as I’ve live across the street as well for years, but the service, quality, and price should be better you would think for a business that in a thriving neighbourhood. Horrible customer service. All I wanted was some Chinese food so I didn't have to cook and was willing to wait up to an hour. The lady on the phone takes my order and at the very end proceeds to tell me they're busy, do I want the food still. I say yes many many times and she keeps repeating that I'm wasting HER time. Maybe tell the customer you're NOT accepting orders BEFORE you take their orders over the phone. Horrible lady. Not worth going there, you're better off going to Mcds...

Wow ! ! I called them the next day because I wasn't impressed with what are company received. We thought we would give them a try, What a Mistake!!!!!! They filled our Beef & Broccoli with Rice & tried to burn there Bridge with us about it. We were not even looking for a refund. All we wanted to do is complain about the poor food .
