I would give this place a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. We originally made reservations for 7:15pm but arrived about an hour early. They said we would have to wait as there were other people before us on the waiting list, which we said that was fine, as it was our own fault that we were early.

We waited until 7:10 and by that time we were the only group waiting. Another group of 3 came in and sat at a table intended for 2. A group of 4 left, so we were pretty sure that that was going to be our table. However, the lady there let that group move to the table of 4 instead of putting us there.

When I confronted her, she said it wasn't time for my reservation yet as it was 7:11. I told her we had informed her that we would be waiting stand by. She kept insisting that I had a reservation. I told her those people just walked in. Had I put my name on the waiting list, I would've been before them to sit down anyways. Why couldn't they have cancelled my reservation and then put me on the waiting list of it was faster?

She then pointed at another table and said that those people are leaving in 5 minutes. She then said again that I had reservations which is why I had to wait. I explained again for the third time that those people just walked in and we had been waiting for almost an hour, and did she understand what I was saying? She ended up just laughing awkwardly and walking away.

She purposely avoided me after that. Of course, the table she pointed at didn't end up leaving and continued to order more food. What she should have done was given us the original table and moved the walk in table of 3 to another table when it was available later on. We had to wait another 10 minutes before another table cleared up and we could then sit down. 10 minutes after our reservation that she was so persistent on following.
