These words have all been said before, great local pub, great food, great meeting place, nice staff and atmosphere. Would definitely return again for John B's food with fair food pricing, great tacos and excellent happy hour menu. Nice to see this pub takes reservations and were willing to seat us at a table that was reserved for a later time (game playoff night). We saw many neighbourhood pub regulars or people that knew each other. Many beer taps, too many to count and the "Scotch List" was enormous, both in varieties and in years offered. Great place. Walk home.

I recently visited John B Pub in Coquitlam and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were taken care of. The food was simply delicious! I had the wonton soup, bao buns and spring rolls which were all cooked to perfection. The wonton soup was hot and flavourful, the bao buns were pillowy soft with the perfect amount of filling and the spring rolls had a nice crunchy texture. Overall, I highly recommend John B Pub for anyone looking for amazing food and friendly service!
