Regardless if head office receives this or not, I will not be going back to Tim Horton's ever again. The service, notably in the last few years, has gotten way way worse. In addition, after spending $26 and change, I asked for an additional cup to split my hot chocolate beverage for my children. They wouldn't give it to me unless I paid an additional 10c. This, apparently, is a head office decision. What bone head made this decision at head office? After making, likely $18-20 profit off of me in 10 minutes, they refuse to do the courtesy of offering an additional cup. I've asked for four cups once at New York Fries after ordering one of their bubbly beverages to split it with my family. Again, no problems.
I often do the same at Star Bucks. Your decision, and your employees insistence on being rude when enforcing it, cost you a customer of many years. I live nearby and often came in. I guess McDonald's will get my coffee business now.
I don't get my children their own full beverage to limit the amount of sugar intake, but I still like to treat them once in a while.
After telling the manager that their policy is ridiculous and I refuse to come back after they refused to offer a refund, an elderly employee with a mask (grey hair) got into my face and asked me why I even bother getting my children treats? As if it's any of her business.
I responded that it was not her business and she said "you can go do yourself buddy!"
Nice customer service.

First I will say my order was taken pretty quick which was a good start as there wasnât that many customers thinking the order will be fast and efficient . Oh boy was I wrong i actually waited almost 7 minutes for my order. My bagel was quickly done but my 2 drinks took forever. Now I will say the bagel was good hence why I gave it 2 stars but my drinks especially my iced vanilla latte was quite disappointing. I get an iced latte everyday and this one was one of the worst one especially when it comes to value . I paid over $5 for more than a half a cup of ice , with not enough milk and I paid extra surcharge since it was almond . I literally finished the drink in no time . Whatâs funny after 2 hours in the car there was still 1/4 cup of ice . Yes itâs an iced beverage but not a more than a half a cup of ice . There should be enough ice so it chill the drink with a good amount milk especially when you pay over $5 . Again this all come down to the franchise owner of getting this place to get more higher stars . But like me there seems to be a lot of issues.    Read morevery bad experience with this store, I at least visit this store once a week, it seems they don't know what customer service is about...maybe they don't care too... before when they made me wrong foods or drinks, i just let it go...don't want to make it a big deal. However, today I was treated like a beggar or liar, when I asked I didn't order a wrap but I ordered a sandwich, the staff's first reaction was to find evidence against me, and leave all others customers waiting, and when another lady customer stood up and said, 'you should talk to you co-worker first and find out your internal system problem', the staff argued with both of us, left us and eventually walked into the back.....oh I forgot one thing, the staff lied about the sandwich, she told me "it changed, there is no sandwich and all wrap now', and she pointed a inside poster to me; however, the outside poster said differently, that's why I want to walk in and order the food here. the manager then walked out, said will made me another one, funny enough, I was given another wrap....hopeless....there was no apology for the whole time. by the way, the person took my order is on training, this doesn't bother me, but the management team should proved provide them proper training and...
