We order from here between 1-5 times a week all the drivers are excellent, except for one in particular. The first time he came by we handed him a $50 for $40 of pizza he then proceeded to turn around and say “have a good night” as if he expected a $10 tip?? So before he was able to leave I asked for my change. The second time he came my boyfriend answers the door and the driver says “oh it’s you” my boyfriend asks what that is supposed to mean the driver replies with “oh I’m not gonna get a tip” Tonight our order came to $35.51, we did not hear the door due to us being on the second floor of the house and no door bell being rung. We get a text and then immediately a call after and we apologized and quickly went to the door. When I stepped outside I forgot to turn on the light but I knew I had exactly $36 in my hand. I handed him the money he goes to count it, my boyfriend then comes and turns on the light and opens the door as I’m grabbing the pizza from the guy and the driver had the odasity to say “oh wow now the light turns on” followed by him saying “wow thanks for the great tip guys” with complete attitude in his voice because he can’t apreciate even $0.50 when there’s people out there that have NOTHING. We try to tip the drivers well if they come on time & with a good attitude, but when you show up acting entitled to a tip and giving attitude to your customers then what makes you think you should receive a tip? Especially when you only drive the food from point A...
Read moreWe ordered 1 large stuffed crurst pizza, 4 diet cokes, and 2 dips. The total was $38.80 and I tipped the driver 20%. After I paid him he informed me that he forgot the drinks, and offered me $10 because he forgot and I had already paid. I realized afterward that I don't brake even on the sale because the drinks are 4.99 plus tax, plus the tip I gave him based on the bill amount. Essentially I get almost a dollar discount on the current bill amount, so I feel ripped off at this point. This the second time I've had a bad experience from this location. Not only are we upset that we don't have a drinks but we also lose money, as well. We called to inform the store of the situation and they said they would credit our account for the drinks. My fiance called asked if they could bring us the drinks now and they said that we would have to give the driver back the 10 bucks he gave me to make up for it. It doesn't matter because I don't think we will order from Pizza Hut again. I know there's nothing really we can do but I thought I would share how bad of an experience. I understand mistakes happen and maybe we are over reacting but I think it's pretty bad service and we were pretty bummed...
Read moreThis Pizza hut is my go to restaurant. I had pick-up, delivery, and dine-in experiences. Their deals and prices are amazing (555, bogofree, triple box, etc) I would give them 5 out of 5 in this category. The quality and the consistency of pizzas are great, I would give them 4.5 out of 5 in this category. They have a wide range of pizza selection, not much specialty pizzas except for the butter chicken pizza (must have). Because of this pizza, I bumped up the score from 4 to 4.25 out of 5. The service is okay (the female manager smiles more), it is definitely not as good as formal dining, but it is also not as bad as some Asian restaurants. Even though the dining room is a bit old fashioned, I still enjoy the pizzas coming out of hot iron pans. I will them a rating of 3.75 out of 5 for the dine-in experience. To summarize my review, The pizzas I am getting for the "prices" I paid for, I would rate them 4.5 stars out...
