Wonderland Yogurt — Restaurant in Coquitlam

They have no idea how to run a bubble tea and dessert cafe here. I came here with a friend and we ordered one Oreo bubble waffle and 2 coffees. Their coffee machine was broken and it took them over 5min to fix it - it was out of beans, and water.

As for the bubble waffle, it took over 30min for us to get it. This was so bizarre, as the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Another group came in 15min after us and also ordered an Oreo bubble waffle and they got theirs before us. Customer service is terrible here. They didn’t even apologize for the coffee machine being broken or the bubble waffle taking too long. The bubble waffle itself was also way too thick and heavy. I had only half of it, and felt very lethargic and sick afterwards when I went I train jiu jitsu.

The washroom is dirty and the toilet is held together with duct tape. Not sure why they don’t fix it properly. Guess they are just that cheap.

I would never come back here. You’re better off going to any other...
