It's hard to rate it well because the night staff really don't want to do anything, but the day staff work so hard to do a good job.

Here's the thing, I'm a former Tim's employee, who used to clean the espresso machine. The cleaning cycle is automated and runs for less than 7 minutes, with a little premeasured tab of cleaning powder.
