It's hard to rate it well because the night staff really don't want to do anything, but the day staff work so hard to do a good job.

Stop in at 11 pm? Latte machine is down for cleaning. Ok fair enough. Return at 11:30, sorry, latte machine is down for cleaning. ... ... try again at midnight, or 3 am or 5 am... you guessed it. Down for cleaning.

Here's the thing, I'm a former Tim's employee, who used to clean the espresso machine. The cleaning cycle is automated and runs for less than 7 minutes, with a little premeasured tab of cleaning powder.

It's not down for cleaning. You just want me to go away. It's not the McDonald's ice cream...

App said that I could order the flatbread pizza. So I ordered it and waited next to the mobile order pickup. Stood there got 8 minutes clearly in the view of the workers (who were standing there talking). Eventually went to the front counter because I wanted to know when it would be done, only to be told that they wouldn’t make the pizza because “they cleaned the machine half an hour ago”. Not that they couldn’t make it, but that they simply decided “eh, I don’t want to clean that again”. Made me wait for 8 minutes only to get nothing to them because they couldn’t be bothered to clean...
