Cannot express just how WONDERFUL the staff was! My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite with my 11 month old son. 😬Infant in a restaurant, yikes right!? NOT! Right from ordering they chatted smiled and welcomed us, kid included! They even supplied him with his own mini ā€œpita bowlā€ so I could have my lunch in peace. Excellent service, Excellent food. Made this mom’s afternoon so great! Thank you!

Good food, good service and an awesome honest owner run business 😊😊😊 I had a great conversation with frank the owner who works with his wife and we shared the commonality of working with a spouse. Business ownership can be challenging and having a relationship strong enough to work together and live together well caring for each other takes hard work and dedication. Cheers Robert Nixon

I’ve had a couple mediocre pitas from here, but my fave is when the owner outs himself as a bigot. I’d give zero stars if I could, however it’s more important to make sure the community knows of unsafe spaces.

I’ve been going to pita pit for years and loved it, never had an issue with any of the employees making my pitas until tonight, the owner made my gluten free pita abnormally small - like ridiculously so. So I went complain, hoping to receive some understanding and an apology and that they’d consider learning from the mistake and doing better in the future, but instead they just argued with me, saying that’s how small the gluten free pitas always are, implying I was lying about the fact every other employee there stuffed my pitas much thicker than that. Their reaction made me so angry. They offered a refund but we refused. That’s not what we wanted. They’ve lost a life long customer due to how poorly they handled it. Because based on the argument that ensued I don’t have faith my complaint was heard or taken seriously. The other employee there also at the time was rude to me, saying I was the only customer to complain in years (as if they shouldn’t take me seriously) and that there’s nothing they could do but offer a refund. But actually yes there is something they could have done differently - they could have listened to me, apologized and considered stuffing them better in the future, instead of arguing with me that they did the best they could have done, when I know that’s not the case. All their other employees do a fabulous job of stuffing pitas normally. What they sold us tonight was so tiny I can’t even get over it and they had the nerve to act like...

What an awesome place! I hadn't been to a Pita Pit in long time and was familiarizing myself with the menu as the family was deciding what they were getting when one of workers offered to go over it with us. They were clearly very busy yet he came over and gave an excellent run through of the menu which helped me decide on trying the steak & cheese.

Super nice folks running this place, felt so welcomed. Now about the food... Extremely delicious!!! The sauces really enhanced the grilled to perfection onion, bell pepper and steak and all the fresh veggies!!!

We visit Courtney regularly and have had such bad experiences lately going anywhere. From bad service to feeling bad after what we had eaten, to very expensive food not worth the price, we've almost given up on going anywhere nowadays. It was a refreshing experience today going here and we will make this our stop every time now when we're in Courtney.

Thank you for running such a great place, well...

There was a man with a non service dog in the restaurant who was not removed. When I spoke to him about it he said the owners allow him to bring his dog inside. This is a place that serves food, that is absolutely disgusting for the owners to allow. Especially since the dog lunged around the counter and was partially behind it. They need a food safety inspector visit.

Edit to add because the owner responded and completely ignored what I said. The dog was NOT a service dog. It’s also appalling the owners believe I should text or call them about the issue instead of leaving a review. Other customers deserve to know a good establishment is allowing illegal animals in...
