Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Just attempted to order from this location , I really enjoyed the pizza I had from here about a month ago, went to order tonight and I’m in a brand new building I can’t even find it on the maps yet it just shows woods. This location is not even 3 Kms from me. The woman I was speaking with cut me off numerous times and told me because she couldn’t find my address they would not be serving me. Then told me to call wyse rd and have them deliver to me…. I’m way out of the wyse rd delivery zone , hense why I contacted the closest dominos to me that I’ve ordered from very recent and had my pizza delivered no issues. Hit or miss. Sometimes your pizza is ready in 10 minutes, others you’re waiting over an hour.

They’ll often mark it as ready (when it’s not) if they’re behind, or your pizza will just sit at the same time on their screen and not progress.

When it’s fast it’s not bad but when it’s slow it is brutally painful to communicate with staff about when your pizza will be done, they’ll say “15 minutes” over and over until you get it 1h later.

Watched staff mess up order after order when it gets busy, and I have also noticed they start almost giving stuff out for free or to wrong people as well.

Peak time 4-5 stars, slow times...

Very quick! Normally I try to order from a local place, but i had a coupon. I was not disappointed and will order from there again. Pizza was cooled perfectly, had a good amount of sauce (i find the chains are usually cheap on sauce but this was good) and the amount of cheese was perfect. And...
