Downtown Pizza Dartmouth — Restaurant in Dartmouth

We had stayed in Best Western Plus for the night and asked the front desk for a pizza store nearby and this was the place they gave. We ordered 6 pizzas and they told us it would take about 45 minutes. We called around the 45 min mark to find out that they're still not done cooking 2 pizzas. It was far past an hour when the driver arrived. He came up and we showed him the time we called and told him that it took way too long. He was not giving the respect that we deserved as customers and threatened to take the pizza back if we further questioned. He even threatened to call the RCMP on us. In the end we paid the full amount based a handwritten receipt and even gave a tip. I called the store after this. I was in the middle of discussing what happened when they told me to wait on the line while they were answering another call. To not even give us the least attention was the last straw. As I was starting to get frustrated and tried to reason with him,he told me to hang up. Above all, our orders were done incorrectly. Ive been looking for a good go-to local spot in Dartmouth since i moved here a couple years ago. I think i finally found the spot. I got the chipotle paneer pizza. It was PHENOMENAL. Had a bit of a kick to it and was a very unique pizza all around. Unlike anything else you find around here, very flavourful. 100% will be returning, do recommend.

It was a great experience all around. When I called they told me delivery would take an hour. That is exactly what I was expecting for a Friday night but i was very pleasantly surprised when it showed up in less than 30 minutes.

They called me back shortly after delivery because I was apparently one of the first customers to order this new pizza and they wanted to know what i thought of it and make sure I was satisfied since it was a new menu item. My family and friends have been ordering here for years. It has always been fantastic food and service. We ordered in December and it was horrible. Pizza was burnt and nachos were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was odd. I called to let them know. The response I received was basically too bad were busy! I was promised a call back from the owner. Never happened. I then learned it has changed owners. I was upset as I spent 50 bucks but these things happen. I ordered tonight... got cold nachos with no salsa or sour cream. Called. Got similar response. Asked if they would send the sauce. The driver is TOP NOTCH. Has customer service down to a tee. Sadly though, these owners don’t know a thing about customer service and have now lost my family’s business and everyone I know. You may want to take complaints seriously in these tuff times. There are tons of places to grab a pizza locally. It might be worth a sincere apology and slowing down a bit to ensure your serving...
