Randy’s Pizza Dartmouth - Boland Road — Restaurant in Dartmouth

The place is small, which isn’t an issue per se, but still made it hard to order and wait for our order with other customers there. Our first few times there was great. We became regulars, however, the next time it tasted like chemicals and wasn’t cooked all the way through. The customer service was terrible this time unlike the other few times. The man on the phone was harsh and impatient and refused to give us the deal we’ve gotten the many times we have gotten before. But despite that terrible experience we went back and the food was okay, but not good. Then we went back a final time, and it was wretched, worst than the time before. It tasted so strongly like chemicals and the dough was quite literally RAW. The person who came to deliver to us didn’t bring any change even though we told them we were paying with cash and refused to give us our change (about 19 dollars) even after we had offered a different bill. He didn’t bring the debit machine either so we had to pay an extra 19 dollars for our meal, our raw, chemical infested meal. Absolutely terrible....

We heard from our neighbours, the pizza at Randy's Pizza in Dartmouth was really good so we decided to try it. We called in our order and went to pick it up. The customer service was exceptional and they really made us feel like they valued our business. The pizza had lots of toppings and was very tasty. Because of our great first experience with Randy's, we decided to order Randy's pizza for our daughter's birthday party. Again, the customer service was exceptional and the pizza and garlic fingers were so good. They even threw in their own "surprise" for her 19th birthday. We've had pizza, garlic fingers and donairs so far, and plan to try many other menu items. Although the food was delicious, the customer service was second to none. This alone makes us want to support this local establishment. Way to go Randy's...you have just gained a few more loyal customers. Keep up...

Horrible customer service and bad details on their menu husband is allergic to onions so he decided to get their pepperoni sub which states on their menu it only has cheese pepperoni and marinara sauce when we got the sub home there’s onions and pickles all over it and when I called to see if they could fix it they said well next time order with no veggies… I told them it didn’t say there was veggies on it nor did they ask when they took the order and they continued to just tell me next time order with no veggies. There will be no next time any normal place would have A asked what vegetables to put on when taking the order or B said to come pick up a new sub especially 40$ in for it for a pick up order not like they would lose out now he goes hungry cause they just want more money out of people?
