incredibly small, not too big of an issue but it results in waiting outside during busy times. The workers are kind and very friendly, especially with regulars. The food however is where the store begins to struggle. Due to them being so small their selection of food is lacking, however not a huge issue, I wish that they had wraps and pizza but I know the extra equipment would be difficult to fit into such a small space. My issue with this store lies in the display food and any stock sitting out, usually their store has insects from outside flying around, and occasionally they will land on the food that's sitting out, the bagels or donuts for example. Read more4 people on drive-thru not busy. 7 people in walking and only one person serving them. Instead of serving walkin they were busy doing other things. I'm sure all important. 2 people in front of me simple orders took 10 min to place my order. Then another 5 waiting on 2 cups of coffee. Seems something is wrong here. Can I also point out its getting very hard to even find a white person working at Tim's anymore. You say multi cultural. But it's all Indians at every location now. They all communicate in there own language but barly speak english. Its getting to be a discouraging...

The staff seemed disinterested and were slow to acknowledge my order and was so rude and disrespectful. When I received my coffee, it was not what I ordered.
