McDonald's — Restaurant in Dartmouth

I am highly disappointed to review this place , I’m so much hungry also I don’t have much break to dine so I decided to make a mobile order , I order just a fry and tea . I came inside one girl asked me what is your order No , I said 2101 (time was around 20.38) Then I requested I need extra ketchup . Unfortunately I was sat on a chair like a barstool, so that sincere worker told to someone about me next second she was approached and said I can’t sat there because I didn’t show my Proof of vaccine , no one asked me actually or mobile app doesn’t mention it to Anyhow I stand their also there is 5 staff at front and couple inside (kitchen area) No one have interest to serve me because I not attractive customer maybe I’m not add any tip or something else At finally I request for manager , she is short Indian lady because she used her local language to communicate that’s the way I found she from India I mentioned here because if someone read this they need to understand who was the shift manager However I request to her , I am waiting for my food she said she was busy In my understanding they need 1-2 minutes to serve me Finally I walk away without food I’m not except this kind of customer service from a reputed company also who gave her manager position she can make at least apologize or asked me for a minute Send them to Bedford McDonalds for training they...

On Tuesday, August 15th, I went to McDonalds on Windmill Rd (Burnside).

They wouldn't let me buy a Squishmallow on its own for my daughter.

I decided to take my son(11) and daughter(7) to McDonalds for lunch.

I ordered a hotcake happy meal for my son and a poutine for my daughter as she doesn't like any of the meals that come with the happy meals. I also got a smoothie. I used the kiosk to order the meals.

Want to the counter to get a toy and a sprite for my daughter. They wouldn't sell me the toy unless it was with a happy meal. I explained the situation to the cashier who got a manager who didn't care that my daughter would be able to get a toy. So I had to buy an extra happy meal to get her the toy.

The store was not bust, just one person in front of me.

When they made my meal, they forgot my smoothie. When I filled up the kids' drinks, the fountain pop machine broke, and a piece went into the cup.

This Mcdonalds is usually fine. However, my last visit was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-thru, I asked for no cheese due to an allergy. They asked me to park because my order wasn't ready. When I received my order it had cheese, so I went through the drive through again. They took the incorrect burger at the 1st window. At the 2nd window, they told me to pay for the new burger, when I said it was a replacement they demanded I give them the burger I had already given them. Then they said I would have to park again and wait. I said I wasn't satisfied with this service. The manager walked away without answering me, then she said loudly to the people in the kitchen "All because we put cheese on it!". ...
