For a community party on Aug 20th, 2022 , I wanted to go with Pizza Hut, because they had their BOGO deal on. The days prior to the party, I tried to contact Pizza Hut by phone 5 times over the course of 3 days. No one ever answered the phone. Once, the recorded msg said they were closed, when they weren’t.
Because I had a few questions, and couldn’t reach them, I drove to the store. They acted surprised when I said I’ve been calling and no one answered the phone. They answered my questions within 2 minutes. It took me longer to drive there.
Day of the party, at 11:30am I attempted to order the 10 pizzas online, and wanted them ready for 12:30-1. After several attempts, I received the same error msg, it advised me to call the store because there was a issue. Which I did.. and you guessed it NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I went to the store once again, advised what I was trying to do, and that I wanted to use the online BOGO code.
The employee has me try again, then had me upload the Pizza Hut app, then he tried again, on my phone… we both got the error msg each time.
He said it was an online deal, and the best he could do was give me 20% off, I advised that wasn’t ok, and I wanted the offer.
He called someone who authorized the managers deal of 50%, but advised he’d have to put the orders in 2-at-a-time. That was fine by me. The person he spoke to also advised there was an issue with the BOGO code.
I advised I wanted them delivered because I already had to come to store. He said ok, and that he would waive the delivery fee. After placed all 5 orders for 10 pizzas, I said what about delivery, he says it would be too expensive because he had to make it 5 different orders..
At this point, I was just frustrated and done with the whole situation. And made the decision to just come back to pick up the pizza.
I felt like they would have rather I just went away rather than have to deal with a problem. Seemed like they couldn’t of cared less about whether or not the issue was addressed properly.
Pizza Hut needs to step up their game if they want to keep their clientele! I likely...

Updated from 4 stars to 1 star after current service/order. Food was not right, undercooked, cold and just an all around horrible pizza. I actually gagged it was that bad. Never received phone call from store but was sent a follow-up email asking how that conversation went. It didn't happen at all because no one called. Extremely disappointed and time to switch elsewhere after 25 years.
Edited to add that it's been over a week since my bad experience and I have yet to receive any call, email or any correspondence at all concerning my poor experience last time. Extremely bad customer service as YOU asked ME if I wanted a phone call! I will tell everyone who will listen how bad your service has become and recommend they order elsewhere.

I placed an order for delivery and 2 minutes after realized I forgot to add sides of sauce and pepsi. Didnt wait and made the phone call asap to find me waiting on hold for 15-20minutes. By the time I was answered, I explained that I was on hold this whole time and just wanted to add some sauce and pepsi to the order before it’s delivered. The person on the line replied “oh sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now, the order was already sent out on delivery” and I repeated myself explaining how if the line was answered from the first couple of minutes, we wouldnt have this issue, yet again he replied “sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now”, so what did I suggest, can you have someone deliver it to me then and ill pay for it on arrival, “sorry unfortunately you cant do that, its prepaid”, yes I know its prepaid and is why I suggested paying on arrival. Anyways, to sum the story up, they tried making me pay twice for delivery even after paying almost 70$ for the last one when it was there fault for not answering the phone on time.
