Apollo Pizza + Pasta — Restaurant in Delta

Ordered $60 of food four lasagna two spaghetti with meat balls. Not one person out of five could eat there food... heavvvvvily salted. I myself could only take 3 bites others are a little more, not even my 11 year old could eat it AND he was the first who said he couldn't eat it. Told one price for total on phone then when dropped off price was more. Brought one 2ltr pop when 2 were ordered... of course we called to ask what could be done to resolve this and right from the start person on phone was be8ng rude and defensive. Was telling us has never had a complaint amd its basically us and notjing wrong with the food. We were actually asked if we wanted to place another order and we said no (ARE U F'N KIDDING ME??) 2 out of us 5 cant have much of any Salt intake...THE GUY WAS EXTREMELLY RUDE SAID OK THEN AND HE HUNG UP ON US... HEALTH BOARDS GOING TO HAVE FUN WITH THIS. Wont even give us our money back even if foods returned as PROOF we cldnt eat it. I want my money back to order elsewhere and now cant and have to figure out dinner for my children at 730p.m????. Will be writing a letter to the papers news and will be posting on Facebook. Hope $60 Was really worth all this to you because I willlllll be passing all this along. Way to rob a single disability mom...

I phoned Apollo, guy answered said hold. Didn 't ask would you mind if I put you on hold, just hold. When he came back on, he said what do you want, I tried to ask a few questions, he was very short and rude. Hesitantly, I placed my order and he hung up.. No time given for pick up, no price , no goodbye, no thank you for ordering. I got off the phone and said to my son, I would never order from here again, so rude and absolutely no customer service. I phoned back to see how long the wait for me to pick up. Once again, he answers and says hold. He comes back on and I ask him how long for my order to pick up and he says 35 minutes, I think for a moment and I think am not happy with how this transaction has gone, absolutely no customer service and tell him to cancel my order. Food is excellent, Pricing is fair, and portions are great. To me that's the trifecta of a great place to eat. I can feed all 5 of us for $45 which is a huge bonus. Their pasta is pretty good, they give a lot of cheese. A couple tips, if you order the pepperoni pizza, ask them to put the pepperoni on the top so it gets crispy, otherwise it's a bit soggy. One of my favorite pizzas is the Popeye, try it, you'll love it. Secret item on the menu is their Greek salad, its not on there anymore but they usually make it if you ask nicely. Love the crust they make. Make sure you call well ahead of when you're hungry, this place gets BUSY!

UPDATE: We used to love going there until we found a bug in our pizza. It was under a slice of ham and under the cheese which means it was in the sauce or crawled under the meat. Either way, will...
