Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Delta

I recently visited the Delta Little Caesars and ordered a Medium 3-Meat Pizza and Crazy Bread, both were absolutely amazing! The pizza was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and as always, the Crazy Bread was addictive (no wonder I keep coming back!). I’ve even worked at the Coquitlam location in the past, so I know the passion that goes into making a good Little Caesars experience.

However, I do want to bring something important to the manager’s attention. It was a scorching 33°C outside, and unfortunately, stepping into the store didn’t provide any relief. It honestly felt hotter inside than outside, like walking into an oven. I asked the staff if the AC was on, and they said it was, but it didn’t feel like it was functioning properly.

This isn’t just about customer comfort, it’s also about the well-being of your team. Your staff were still doing their jobs with a smile, but I genuinely felt bad seeing them work in that heat. They deserve a safe and comfortable environment. So, this is a respectful but serious request to the management: please prioritize a working air conditioning system or proper ventilation/fans. Not just for customers, but especially for your employees’ health and safety.

We saw the commercials for the latest Bacon, Bacon Box set on TV and looked delicious for any bacon lover. We splurged and bought it with the M&M Brownies. When we opened the box we thought we were looking at cheesy bacon goodness... but nope. After lifting the very thin layer of cheese, all that can be seen is mound of dough with painted sauce on it. BUT, this is not the surprising part. WHERE'S THE BACON? We couldn't find it wrapped around the crust as clearly shown on the website and commercials. So, I called them and told them they missed the bacon. The lady on the phone said "no no they put the bacon on the sides of the pan prior to putting in the dough". I said, I hear you, but we don't see, nor can we pull off any bacon. After careful check a second time, we could see it on one of the pieces. It was so small. Honestly, I feel we were duped by false advertising. We will never again order from Little Caesars. Save your money on...

I came to this specific Little Caesars today, hoping for minimal service. Although I did make a request from the girl at cashier she rudely said “no” without any context. Thank goodness there was an outstanding employee named Nav, I believe. Who overheard me and legitimately went above and beyond, did more than asked. So polite, easy to talk to and professional. I generally don’t give reviews but it’s the least I can do for her. Request for Nav if you want exceptional service no matter your visit.
