Iâve been going to this cafe for years, itâs picking up quite a bit of traffic more so now than before which is nice to see for the business. I noticed the cafe has been adding pieces of jewelry, sunglasses and purses etc to the cafe. I purchased a pair of earrings from and it turned out that one of the earrings was faulty. I donât usually like to make any trips back to places for returns or bring up things like this because it can be a hassle and it can be a bit confrontational which I donât like. I decided to try to fix it myself if I could before going back, I hot glued the piece back in place for it to last about two months and then it fell out again.. I went to the cafe when I had time, I spoke with the barista and she just wouldnât budge to help me in any way. I asked if she could escalate the situation to the manager and she in turn said that Iâve been the only person to come in with this issue and that Iâd have to contact the brand directly. As someone whoâs been supporting smaller businesses and this cafe for years, it was so disappointing to not even get some kind of empathy or even have her speak with the manager about it. Itâs just weird to make a customer go out of their way to contact the brand when the item was purchased from the cafe, I would think itâs the responsibility of the cafe because theyâre also taking a risk putting these products on display for their customers to view and purchase. I was debating on if I want to post a review or not because I only like to leave positive reviews but this was so disheartening and the barista didnât even bother trying to help, just seemed like she shrugged it off. Iâve never been one to post about the quality of the drinks I get or wraps here because for the most part they are pretty good but I more so would drop in to purchase so that a cafe Iâve known and gone to since highschool could keep getting the love and support. I donât think Iâll...
Read moreI parked here to buy something of a dude on Facebook market place. I wouldnât have stopped in for coffee if the cell reception wasnât so terrible in this area. But Iâm glad I did. With a fresh coffee and the free wifi from Cravings Coffee I was able to reach my seller and finish the transaction in parking lot. But I liked it in the coffee shop so much I just went back in and finished my coffee on a big comfy couch. Itâs a busy place with lots of chit chat and laughs from the patrons. The staff here are great. Even though they looked swamped with customers they were very friendly and patient. The manager must be doing something right to have such attentive and kind staff. Iâll likely never go back as this is way out of my usual stomping grounds. But if Iâm ever out this way again Iâll come here again. Iâll be going right in, sitting down with my fresh brew and logging in...
Read moreJust lost my business. Barista made a scorching hot - way, way too hot - dry cappuccino. I was sitting in, and she refused to put it in a porcelain cup or have my drink ruined by having it dumped-in, rather than re-made. A guy was leaning over the back counter trying to talk to her the whole time . I felt like I was interrupting even being at the counter. Sitting down, it was too hot to drink. I asked for the drink to be remade with a cooler temperature. The snide remark was "I'll dump some cold milk in it". In a dry Cappucino?? She refused to make it again saying, "I can't give out a drink for free." For $5, yes, you absolutely can, and still make a profit. I asked for a manager to contact and the barista said she wasn't able to give any contact information out. So here is my experience for mgmt,...
