Food, ambience and everything else is good. I almost every day visit this store, the reason I gave 4 star is merely because of the customer service. Every single time after getting my order i would say "thank-you" but never in return would get a greeting. And this is not just with me, i see surroundings too. Never a hi when you come to order counter, and if you say hey, there is never a response. There is no smile on the faces of the employees and they walk too slowly as if they are extremely tired. Day before yesterday, around evening, a very old lady ordered after me, after getting her order, she said have a nice day/shift. didn't get any response. And the store wasn't busy at that time. So one cannot blame onto that. Yesterday, a girl ordered before me and there was some issue with her bill, so the employee gave her the extra charged amount in coins, customer said thank-you, got no response, she repeated herself, and i quote: "i said thank-you" with a smiling face. The employee simply said: OK. customer left with a frown. Freshness of the food has never been an issue at this restaurant, it is just customer greeting that i am experiencing an issue with. Read moreExtremely disappointed. I made an order through Skip The Dishes for my coworkers. I was mainly waiting on the sausage sandwich which was missed. I knew Tim’s forgot to place it in the bag as the bag was very well sealead when it arrived by Skip. Well I decided to call Tim’s and I explained that my order was missing the sausage sandwich, the person who picked up just the phone became silent. Then I repeated myself and she asked me which sandwich. I informed her the sausage sandwich. I can hear noises then the phone went dead. Ok this must be an error, that’s what I was thinking. I called back at it sounded like the same person answered the phone. I explain the situation again. She kept asking me what I was missing on my sandwich. I said I’m not missing anything on it. I’m missing the complete sandwich. She told me come and we have you one but …. I explain if I can drive there then I wouldn’t be using Skip??? She then said sorry, bye and hung up the phone. So definitely the first hang up was not by accident.

She did not even allow me to say anything before hanging up. I phoned back and tried to inquire again and she stated I could come in and get a regular bagel or a refund however that is extremely counter productive as I ordered it through a delivery service and I am at work. I was going to let her know I can't come in at this moment since I was at work but i got hung up on AGAIN. I felt extremly neglected as a customer and I felt hurt that they were not able to give me even 2 minutes of their time to discuss this issue, they did not even bother to say goodbye before hanging up. i understand that the croissants had ran out, i am just more upset over the fact that they hung up on me twice without so much as a goodbye after being an unsatisfied customer.
