We’ve been shopping at diamond sweets for years now and today we had an unfortunate experience. We had ordered samosas and had asked for a few tikkis as well. When we came home with the order, there were no tikkis given even though we were charged. On top that when we called them to correct THEIR mistake, they told us it’s the customers duty to open the box and double check the order before we leave…. Perhaps they should consider that it is their duty to confirm an order with a customer BEFORE giving it? Completely unprofessional. I worked in the food service for years and our team always corrected mistakes and we APOLOGIZED. There was no compensation whatsoever and they blamed us for THEIR MISTAKE. Garbage customer service. They sold me samosa that had stale filling. Health department should do a spot inspection. Date of purchase 25Feb 2025, 7pm. Anyone reading my feedback should not eat here. Their quality has really deteriorated and they compromise food quality over money. I will complain to CFIA.

I understand there is difference in taste between batches , but we all know what stale food is.
