We had a table with 9 people there on a quiet Sunday evening. There were between 4 and 5 other tables at any given time. Our table was served by the manager. Drinks were brought out two at a time, by hand with the server grasping over the top of the glass instead of from the bottom. Some of us ordered appetizers - plates were cleared without checking first, yet we were not finished with them. Two meals were brought out then she took a phone call as we watched our plates sitting on the pass. After I went to ask her about them rest arrived approximately 15 minutes later in various times despite there being three floor staff available. One plate was brought out and the customer doubled checked that it was a "side dish" rather than an appetizer because it was dressed as an appetizer. The manager stated the dish was not available as a side so we showed her the menu where it was listed. She took the dish back and 15 minutes later brought it back out (cold) to the customer. When time for the bills came she couldn't remember who she had served what dish, couldn't remember who had which drinks, etc. After another 15-20 minutes she finally brought the bills out and had added an 18% gratuity to each bill. We disputed stating we had not received service enough to warrant that high of a gratuity. She argued but eventually conceded. In all it took about two hours from start to finish. While we were there another table complained about not getting tableware, napkins and condiments with their meals while yet another was waiting for over 20 minutes for three drinks. (Again, there were only our table of 9 and four other tables in the whole restaurant with three floor staff, a bartender and then the kitchen staff) The food tasted all right but I will be seeking other venues rather than going...
Read moreSo I heard about this place and decided to come with my boyfriend and 2 other friends. We arrive and walk in, we didn't know we had to seat ourself, and we're standing at the door for probably 6 minutes- even though workers clearly engaged in eye contact. They just starred and continued on talking. Eventually we just sat at a table since no one even decided to ask if we needed any help. We finally got menus and our other friends had arrived, our server was nice but a bit too nice, she kept calling my friend and our boyfriends "baby" "sweetheart" "babe" and that made us uncomfortable because it's like we almost were there to her? She was still nice though and checked up on us. I had gotta a drink that was supposed to have Bellini slush on it, and after I had been drinking it my friend just wanted to order a plain bellini, and she tells us that the machine is has been broken all day.. so my drink technically wasn't even complete. I would have appreciated her informing me that the Bellini isn't working and to ask if my drink was ok with out the slush on top. If I have known I would have gotten another drink. Food was ok, nothing special. So overall I probably won't go back. And as a side note, if it's dead inside I would not advise workers to be all joking around at the bar and talking amongst themselves. I part time manage and I wouldn't accept this, I also would not accept one of my workers to be calling other guys baby especially I front of the girlfriends and making them feel...

We’ve been several times since I first reviewed. Here is the new menu with the Summerfest $5 menu now integrated into the regular menu, note new lower pricing too. There are also $5 drink deals that are not on the menu, ask if they don’t tell you about them. We returned today for the Loaded Smash Burger ($11), comes with 2 Pattie’s, bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion and fries. This is a full sized portion, not the smaller Summerfest burger. We also ordered DF Pickles and Torpedo Shrimp.($5 ea.) before we knew the burger was so filling. See new pics.
Have eaten in years ago, received good service then and great service today when ate in on the patio. They are taking Covid precautions with staff now wearing masks for the public’s comfort even though not mandatory, social distant dining, sanitizer at every entrance, wipe down of pin pad before/after use and name/phone # taken for contact tracing.
On a week day it was not too busy on the patio or inside. Service by Sheila was friendly and attentive. Shared plates of Fish and Chips and Beef Dip were excellent. Individual containers for ketchup, packets for salt, pepper and vinegar were provided, as well as our request the au jus be split for 2 sharing. Cutlery brought after ordering.
Already looking forward to returning for the fish and chips which were flaky, lightly...
