I normally don't write reviews but after witnessing the below par customer service and lack of manners from the employees at this place (the two girls at the counter), I am forced to write one. After placing an order online through their website well ahead of time, when I went to pick it up, I was informed they never received my order even though I was charged for it. Cherry on cake: they refused to prepare the food for me OR give me a refund! They didn't even want to listen to me as I was showing them my credit card transaction. They continued entertaining other customers, while I was just waiting there despite telling them I was running late for a meeting for which I had ordered the food in the first place! The unhesitating audacity with which the employees will humiliate you is astonishing! If this were any other place, I would have received a credit right away. Nobody at this place was even willing to look into the matter for me. In the end, they did not even have the courtesy to apologize to me for the inconvenience they caused me. I called my credit card company after this incident to dispute the transaction, because engaging with the employees at this place is like hitting your head against a wall. I already read some reviews regarding rude behavior of staff and some have mentioned the name of girl Raman. I want to add more, I have witnessed that bad attitude of Raman several times, when I asked her to change the food because of bad smell. Onwer does not want to hear anything against Raman, if you say, he will start accusing you. You may see the proof here if he replies to this review. I am taking tiffin from this place for years. I have witnessed so many illegal activities. I have witnessed so many international students including this girl Raman, violating the conditions of study permit, working many many hours more than allowed no of hours during their study periods. Many of these girls have shared that they are partially getting paid cash. I overheard Onwer not providing proper receipts to those who pay by cash for tiffin or for party hall. He never gave the receipt to me. Most recently many issues related to food and customer service, so I decided to stop getting food from here. Disappointing Experience at Nav Suites – Would Not Recommend

We recently visited Nav Suites in Surrey, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The biggest letdown was the food—it was absolutely horrible. The taste, quality, and presentation were all well below expectations. It felt like no effort was put into the meals, and it certainly didn’t live up to the impression they try to give.

For a place that seems to market itself as a premium venue, the food should at least be decent. Instead, it was bland, unappetizing, and poorly prepared. It truly took away from the entire experience.
