Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Delta

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience I thought I’d write one up as feedback. My first impressing walking in wasn’t the best, they had the signs inside right infront of the door so it was really difficult to get in, quite hazardous for people with injury’s or disability’s. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before closing? But if you order a pizza they should expect people to be coming in before closing. So it felt quite unwelcoming. For the food I was disappointed after a spending $40 bucks on two medium gluten free pizzas that I paid extra for the toppings and didn’t receive them as I looked into the box at first glance I was disappointed. When I got home to eat the pizza, the crust was raw. I’ve had the gluten free pizza before and it’s been absolutely delicious, so to take a bite into raw pizza dough was unpleasant. I’m not sure if they weren’t familiar with the gluten free dough so they didn’t cook it long enough? I’m hoping next time it’ll be better, and it was just an accident. First time here! Ordered a heart shaped pizza online, came in to get it 20 mins later and they didn't make it. They didn't call because it was long distance but instead of making just a regular shaped pizza the exact same they figured to just not make it at all.

So I ordered at the counter and the same thing was going to be $7 more for a regular pizza shape!?! Then the phone rang so he thought getting the phone and taking their order for 6 minutes would be the best customer service, while I was at the counter waiting to re-order a pizza that I ordered from home.

He finally came back and we figured out a pizza...then 3 mins later (when I figured they might actually be making it) he called me over to confirm the receipt before they made it. What the actual f*¢k!?

Wait he's calling me again...asking me to cancel my order online now. I checked and it says "call the restaurant to change or cancel order". I have so much more confidence now that they don't even know their system.

I don't think I've ever hit the no tip button harder. Let's hope they don't spit in my, basically not cooked,...

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 cause it was edible at least. This freshslice has gone downhill when it comes to by the slice, its as minimal as can be! Was hungry stopped in for a couple slices at 8:30pm and was sad to see sad looking slices to say the least, decided the old Hawaiians were the ones rather then the old dry looking other options and as disappointing as they looked before the 33 second heat up they were nothing short of sad making thre way into the bag. Decided to make my way outside to eat the hurting looking slices! Well my 2 slices with a total of literally 2 THIN slices of ham 7 pieces of CANNED pineapple, minimal sauce and just enough cheese to say ther was even cheese on it...and flavourless to be honest Well slight flavor ! Really should have got a drink cause geez was it a rough go to get it down! This place used to be ok but if there pizza is anything like their slices have been the last times I've been in there sorry fresh slice but you should definetly change the name as the slice part has been the only...
