I am writing to share my disappointment with the gender reveal cake we recently ordered. This was a very special occasion for us, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. We had specifically requested that the color inside the cake be darker so it would be clear during the reveal. We also made sure to note that this was a surprise for us and that the result should not be disclosed to us in advance. However, the surprise was spoiled they gave us wrong email to send the picture, and then a phone call the next day revealed the result before we even picked up the cake. This completely ruined the excitement of the reveal for us. The lady simply said its this color inside. I dont understand when you are clearly been told that do not tell us then why she didnt listen and disclose on the phone. In addition, the cake itself was disappointing. It did not resemble the reference picture we had shared, and the inside color was so faint that it was difficult to tell whether it was pink or white. The overall quality of the cake was also not up to the standard we expected. This was meant to be a joyful and memorable moment for us, and instead, we were left feeling very let down. I hope you can take this feedback seriously so that future customers don’t go through the same experience. I will never be ordering any special occasion cakes from here because they know very well how to ruin...

First time at this bakery today, I picked up a cake. I had asked for writing on the cake however the writing was quite messy and if I was told to have an alternative saying on the cake as there was not enough space I would have changed what I asked to have written on the cake.

Anyways the woman helping me brought out the cake and it looked very unprofessional and messy. I don’t have a picture of it as I kindly asked for the writing to be taken off, which was done. However when the cake was brought out after having requested the change it wasn’t shown to me and I never asked to look at it as I thought it would have just been rei-iced. Instead when I got home and opened the box I got a cake that look very poorly made.

Also the cake was tasteless and to be honest we ended up throwing 90% of it out because no one liked it so it was a waste of money, time and taste.

I would not recommend this bakery for the price, flavour and customer service was not good at all. There are better bakeries in the area that one can visit.

(Candles were inserted at home, but you can tell the top was just scarped off and no effort to redo it was done)

** To owners response: I don't believe the timing should make a difference. To go cakes aren't supposed to be pre ordered they are meant for customers to grab on the go regardless of time. I hope you do understand that. Thanks...

Came in today at 5:35pm. You close at 6:00pm. Walked in and said nothing. Looked around and waiting. Continues waiting as you seemed to be getting numbers for closing I assume. We waited a few minutes and you said nothing to us. We saw probably $25 worth of baked goods to buy but bought nothing because you just ignored us. Do your closing at closing and always greet customers and handle customers first. Not second or third or after you're done doing your tasks. You went from an occasional treat to a never again because of...
