Medium-sized BK restaurant. Typical BK seating and decor. Large dining area with seating for at least 40+ people.
Tables and general areas are always clean and well maintained. The vast dining area is very well lit thanks to the numerous large windows contouring the room, alongside artificial lighting inside the restaurant.
The floor in front of the cash has always been somewhat sticky, and it's been like that for as long as I can remember. It's not a big deal, I just thought I'd mention it.
Admittedly, this is my go-to BK location, and I have never left this location unhappy. The food is delicious and most importantly, the service is spectacular.
There is always the same cast of employees at the front counter, a friendly older lady who seems to always be there, and an extremely kind and courteous lady named Beth. It is rare that an establishment, especially a mass franchise one of this kind, makes you feel at home, but that is the sentiment I get every time I visit this BK location.
Beth always goes out of her way to make your experience an enjoyable and memorable one. Countless times while dining there, I've seen irate customers complain about a food order or minor mishap, and she always does everything in her power to make it right.
Usually, people visit restaurants for the food. I will keep on visiting this location for the people, and of course the food. Also, a shout out to kathleen in the kitchen who always gets the orders right.

Initially, the app continued crashing when I wanted to order angry routine which is 6.99 instead of regular one which is 6.39 . Then I had to order the regular one and I knew there is a price difference of 60 cents if I want to upgrade. Therefore as soon as I placed my order I went to the counter to ask if they can upgrade my poutine to Angry poutine and told them that i can pay the difference. They said they could do it but they asked me to pay 2.55 dollars instead of the original 60 cents difference saying that this is the option to upgrade and there is nothing else they could do. I showed them the prices on the the menu and told him about the prices. He acknowledged but again said he can't do anything about the price rudely saying I have this option only. Any other place would charge me for a dip and do it easily istead of charging me more than 4x times the original price difference which is crazy. Had it been upto 1 dollar I had been okay with that. Is BK going to put a customers life at risk by making then stand between cars and breathe Carbon monoxide or probably the chance of getting hit by a car too. This is absolutely callous behaviour from the staff. Spoke to Kendall the Supervisor and he could not provide a better answer.
