Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dieppe

I use drive thru very often since along time, recently I noticed that food quality is not the same depending on the staff working there, some times I get great coffee quality (caramel cold brew) with the guys used to work there long time ago, And very often I get a product that I can’t call it coffee, it’s disgusting look and taste. (Water and sugar taste with a Color transparent brown that looks like a dirty water. Last time I decided to go back in drive thru and return it, they didn’t understand my issue, I explained that very well, they gave me a hot coffee instead, I reconfirmed that I want a cold brew, they prepared the same previous one but much worse, this time more transparent and less sugar, I didn’t drink it and decided to give up. One more thing, the same staff when you order a bagel toasted with butter, they use 1 mg butter, the other staff I used to see in the past, they make very good quality food. If you are a Tim Horton manager, please give value to the senior employees and let them lead your junior members. Some members are from another culture, which is fine, but they are naturally very conservative on using the ingredients. It’s good for business, but not good for business image and continuity. Went in to order and the line was super long so i started an online order since the cashier was the only slow one working the orders one by one and there was 4 other people in the back doing nothing but chatting and standing still. By the time 6 customers have passed, no one in the 4 employees in the back did a thing. I arrived at the cash 10 mins after submitting and i said that i had an online order to pick up. The slow guy at the cash started doing it by himself as it seems like he was the only one working that day. I ordered a quencher dragonfruit limonade with carbonated water. I do not like Tim’s as for years I had to constantly have coffees remade so I do not go to Tim’s. Yesterday my brother who just had a baby asked me to bring drinks from Tim’s to the hospital so ofc I did. (Yes I forgot there’s a Tim’s in the hospital and he’s not from here lol) I stopped at the elmwood location to order 5 beverages and it was the typical Tim’s I’m use to as the coffees were horrendous. After visiting I went to this Tim’s in front of the mall to have my pumpkin spice latte remade and it was fantastic. My first good coffee in 10 years!
