I’ve been visiting this KFC location for quite some time now, and I have to say, it’s consistently one of my favorite fast-food spots. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the staff always greet you with genuine smiles. Even during the busiest times, like lunch rush or weekend evenings, the team manages the crowd really well. You never feel like you’re being rushed, and they make sure every customer feels valued and attended to. That kind of friendliness really makes a big difference, especially when you’re just stopping in for a quick meal.

The restaurant itself is always very clean and well-maintained. The tables are wiped down regularly, the floors are tidy, and the overall environment feels bright and inviting. It’s obvious that the staff and management take pride in keeping the space organized and comfortable for all customers. Even the restrooms are kept clean, which is something I really appreciate when eating out. It shows attention to detail and care for everyone who comes in.

I tried to resolve this by sending feedback directly to KFC and responding to a customer satisfaction survey, not a single person has bothered to reach out to me. Not even in light of a health code violation. That's absolutely gob smacking.

"I'm writing about the absolutely unacceptable practices with my order today.

As a weekly customer I tolerate a lot of little mishaps here and there but there are absolutely limits.

We did the first portion of our order online and the second portion of our order in the drive thru because the item wanted wasn't online to order. We ordered a 12 piece, paid the upgrade to white meat no wings, with a large side and gravy online and through the drive thru then we ordered a spicy plant based chickn' sandwich with chips n cheese x2

We get the online order first, its not white meat, then 8 minutes later the plant based sandwich comes out with regular mayo

We send both orders back together wait for approx 20-25 more minutes, get the 12 piece in terrible shape with all the breading falling off and still not all white meat but more importantly against all health code standards (even before covid) the same plant based sandwich that has been handled and opened by myself and then the drive thru delivery person was simply covered up with spicy mayo and new lettuce, with the old lettuce and regular mayo still visible on both the wrapper, bun and patty

Unacceptable.

We did not give the staff a 3rd opportunity to redo the order, understandably and also received zero empathy or basic customer service skills within this entire terrible experience

I am giving you the opportunity to correct your practices but should this ever ever EVER happen again, I'm calling the health department. Period."

The chicken was piping hot and delicious, golden, and perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. It had that classic KFC flavor that never disappoints. The fries were fresh and crunchy, and the sides were just as satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and was served at the right temperature, which really made the meal enjoyable. What stood out most to me was the balance of speed and quality. Even though there was a steady flow of customers, my order was ready quickly without compromising taste or freshness.
