Ive been coming to this location for just over 9 years, im usually very satisfied with my service and product, but there has been a fee times where i feel like in not getting what i paid for, i get the same thing always, A burrito bowl no beans no veggies just meat cheese pickled onion corn skip out on all the rest so all I ask for is a little bit of extra pickled onion and extra burrito sauce, He barely put any on and I asked for a side. I’m always willing to pay for a side, but they usually give it to me for free but when I opened my bag and I got my side of burrito sauce, I was extremely insulted. I like to eat my burrito bowl with a certain amount of sauce, so it’s not dry. Well this one was really dry because I don’t get the beans and the pico and all the stuff to make it juicy. I use the sauce I’ll attach a picture but I ended up throwing my burrito bowl in the garbage. And having to get back in my car after a long day work go to firehouse subs and the top it all off. I even left a tip if I would’ve saw the sauce before the tip trust me, I would not...
Read moreIf I could give 10 stars on customer service I would! The server/ prep cook who goes by “Neeshu” (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was AMAZING. She was so friendly and patient; she told us all about everything as she was making our food and made really helpful suggestions and descriptions about the toppings and sauces. She made us want to come back to try even more items because she made everything sound so delicious! A really great experience as it was our first time in! Restaurant was very clean and modern, and the lively music made for a fun, quick and casual dinner date. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there were a good selection of Mexican sodas, Corona and Sol beers, and Jose Cuervo margaritas by the can to purchase along with our meals!
We were too excited to eat that our pictures are of already half...
Read moreAs a fan of the very similar Quesada Burritos and Tacos located near this store. I find myself now picking which place is my favorite. Both store are very similar however I believe Mucho Burrito is probably the better one. I am taking into consideration the atmosphere and friendly staff. To me it just seems like there is more of a personalized experience and the staff are more tailored to making sure the customer gets exactly what they want then just following procedures. I'm not saying that I got something off the menu. But as it was my first time here, I felt like I was guided better on what my appetite was leaning toward. But ya come try it for yourself. I had a good meal. It was the chicken quesadilla and a mango Jarrito...
