I RECOMMEND THE EXTRA COUPLE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE NORTH END LOCATION!

We've been to this location a handful of times and the north end location 1 time. After going to the north end location once, we noticed a difference in quality (the food tasted more fresh and our customizations to the food were done properly in comparison to this location). Unfortunately today we made the decision to go to this location as we live in riverview, so it is closer. We decided not to make that decision again after today's experience.

We ordered from the lunch menu which includes a drink. My husband ordered the 10 PC boneless wings, double baked ans extra saucey. I ordered the souther chicken sandwich on a wrap ans asked for mayo inside. My wrap didn't have any mayo, but not something I'm gonna ask for a new wrap for. My husband was given normal wings, not boneless. We reminded the server that he asked for boneless. By the time it came back, our daughter and I were done our food. The server didn't offer a discount of any kind knowing FULL WELL that my husband didn't get to eat even a but of his meal and had to take it on the road. She charged us for drinks on top of the meals (which should be included) and we had to ask for it to be removed.

Not once did the server (Dana) ask how our food was. Not once did she offer a refill or check on us. I've been in management my whole life and can tell you; doing nothing is not what I would have done for customer retention.

One thing is for sure, we won't be back.

my daughter ordered the wings supreme it was really disgusting, I took a bite of the chicken wings and it was bloody. As in blood was still oozing at one of the chicken and it made my stomach churn. We told the waitress and she said it’s normal for chicken to be like that. Ah no! She exchanged it and apologized. But the second one was still the same. She told us she will inform the manager and she took it out of the bill.

steak frites was really hard and we ask for medium rare, they exchange it and no complain from my daughter she ate the steak without a problem since we waited almost an hour for the food and was very hungry. She did not eat any of the fries and onion rings.

I ordered the Alfredo pasta ; taste ok but the pasta was hard and I was very hungry, and I did not care anymore and since we had to wait for another 15 mins for my kids food, we devoured it.

The only food that was good enough to eat was the fish and chips, onion rings and everything else was a nightmare.

Service was terrible. It took so long for the food, took so long to find the waitress and to get any help. I understand she was busy and she tried to solve i know it’s not her fault. But something needs to be done about it.

Would I recommend this place, hell no specially if your coming from a far place, tired and hungry.

St-Louis is one of our go to for date night as this one is right across from cineplex Dieppe. We really like the food here.

Tonight my son and I came in for a shareable starter thinking wings. We were greeted and seated swiftly and drinks and food came in no time at all with friendly service. We oredered the wings nacho as it was much more affordable than thr wings.. He had a diet pop and I had a Keiths. It is unfortunate they dont have deal night anymore as wings nights would make wings actually affordable. They're pretty pricey even for sharing.

The Nachos was a decent size, good for 2. Tasty, lots of tomatoes, chives and cheese but only served with finely chopped jalapenos that fail to deliver heat. Very little boneless wings also, just a few thinly sliced piece that amounts to what i would guess 1 or 2 wings. The whole thing is drizzled with their dill sauce but that too is sparse. I would have enjoyed a small container of it. There was a generous serving of salsa but the container of sour cream wasnt even half full, so that was the most disappointing part.

My son had dessert, a brownie with ice cream and he absolutely loved it, two thumbs up from him.

With all that said, the food was still pretty good but they do skimp out on essential and that is reflected in the review.

My son enjoyed it, found it hot after I requested some Tabasco sauce and thought the heat elevated the dish.
