We were visiting from the Big Smoke (Toronto) for some fall foliage viewing. We didn't want to eat in a fast food place so decided to give this place a try. We were asked for our covid 2nd vaccine proof and when I showed her mine, she barely looked at it. We were seated in a large booth with plenty of space from other customers. It seemed as there was only 1 waitress working that day. My brother ordered Cheeseburger/Fries and a coffee while I ordered a Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich/Fries and a Coke. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food as place was fairly busy and not sure how many people working in the kitchen. The only problem with our order was my Club. The Chicken Breast was thick and bulky and there were no Tomatoes on my Sandwich and for $15.99 I would hope Tomatoes be included. The Sandwich was only cut in half and hard to eat and messy with the fillings slipping out. When I asked waitress she quickly bought me a plate of 2 tomatoes (that's what I asked for). All in all, nice quaint place to have lunch.

Great family restaurant, lots of space for small and larger groups of people. Extremely, friendly and nice. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff, is beyond amazing. There to help and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience I had with the food, was meh, nothing fancy. The omelette was great, fresh. The potatoes, toast and side of sausage on the other hand, not so much. The toast felt like the bread was getting stale when they toasted it, which didn't taste as fresh as it should be. The sausages, were a bit overcooked and tasted like leftovers. Potatoes, were missing flavor and were not hot. It's like this was the potion that's been on the side of the grill for the last hour, then warmed again prior serving. It could have been just me, with this plate, but my son and friends kind of said similar things. I will definitely give it another try, since it's a nice place and the dinner menu looks great.

This place was amazing! I highly recommend if you’re in the area, extremely polite always checking in to making sure everything is ok and filling your coffee or water and quick service even when they were super busy! I got an avacado toast order which came with a peice of sour dough bread with bacon avacado and egg on top of the toast all cooked perfectly crispy bacon, nice sunny side up eggs and yummy fresh avacado with these delicious soft, tender home fries that were cooked to perfection not to soft but just right! My girlfriend got an egg Benedict with the home fries aswell and she liked it just as much perfect cooked eggs the sour dough bread was good and we were both satisfied! I also got a side order of just sour dough bread with peanut butter and jam and it was amazing! We will be back P.s all of this was like 37$ that’s including the sides main dishes and all the drinks! This was a beautiful - yet unassuming from the outside - family restaurant located in the heart of town. It was a very lovely visit, with great staff, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. You know it's a good spot when all the locals go there, and do they ever! I listened as the waitress said hello to every customer as they walked in - by name! We were pretty much the only ones she didn't recognize, but she treated us just as warmly as she did her regulars. A couple of her customers took the time to fill her in on their nice vacation away, as she previously said "Hey insert first names here! I haven't seen you in a while, it's good to see you!" And the warmth and family environment could immediately be felt by that relationship between her and the customers.

The food was excellent, and the portions were HUGE for what you paid for. When I left, I felt like I was robbing the place for the price I paid and the amount of food we ate!

Don't pass this place up, it might not look like much on the outside... but you get so much more when you walk...

We got fish and chips and the burger combo, both were great. If you like burgers you'll definitely like these burgers. I usually get annoyed at places for their burger buns, I want a toasted bun and not have it squished when I get it to go. The meat was juicy and bun was great, it really hit the spot. My wife had the fish and chips and she liked hers a lot, wasn't too much batter or oil, and she even got some onion rings with it.

It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but man they give you a ton of food, not just some tiny burger/fish and a mountain of fries. It was a decent sized burger/fish and a ton of fries, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. We couldn't finish everything and had some for later.

Just make sure you check the time by calling in if you wanted to dine-in. The Google times were not accurate we could only do take-out after 3pm. We called in and it took about 15-20 mins to get our food. I would definitely recommend this place if you're not sure what to get...
