If I could put a 0 I would have. I got to the Huntsville Ontario Little Ceaser to get pizza for my kids cause it's a very busy night for us. Tonight I had enough every week I wait any where from 10-15 mins for a hot n ready. Tonight I ordered 2 hot n readys and the cashier say you will be waiting 7 mins so I went out to the car and waited with my kids a little over 7 mins went back in and my pizza I ordered wasn't even put in the oven. I asked to speak with the manager. I asked her why is it every Wednesday I deal with shity customer service and when Orillia store is ran completely different. She began to yell at me asking me if I even knew how to make a pizza. I said no I ordered one over 7 mins ago and it just went in the oven. She continue to yell at me and then threw my money at me and told me to go find food else where. I asked her if she knew what customer service was cause you don't yell at your customers.    Read moreI used to work for a Little Caesars and sold the hot and ready pizza. We were NEVER of any kind of pizza we sold as "Hot and Ready" and definitely had plenty of pizzas (Pep, Cheese, Meat Lovers, Hawaiian, Canadian) at peak times (lunch and dinner).
I have only gone to this location during dinner (5pm) and there is ALWAYS a wait as they take your order THEN make your pizza. I realize this means the pizza is fresh, but it takes 10 minutes plus minutes depending on how busy they are and how many pizzas have been ordered before you. I go to Little Caesars for a "Hot and Ready" pizza when I am in a rush!
I only ever get Canadians or Pep pizzas, so it is not a special order and has no modifications.
Very disappointed and will no longer consider Little Caesars for when I need a pizza fast. This never happened when it was...

I find the best way to mitigate the dough is to ask for stuffed crust. It costs something like 4 dollars but it greatly improves the quality of the pizza. You can also ask for your pizza to be "crazy crusted". They will put garlic butter and parmesan on your pizza if you do this at no extra cost. Most places will charge you an arm and a leg for that. The only reason I didn't give little ceasars a five star review is because of the crust issue. If you dont like parmesan little ceasars isn't the...
