While the sandwich I got tasted fine, it was not worth the 30+ minutes I waited to get it. My partner and I waited for over 20 minutes simply to order, with just 2 people ahead of us in line. One of the people left while we waited. One of the workers, though she wasn’t outwardly rude or anything, honestly seemed deeply confused at how to do her job. At one point she held up focaccia bread and asked her coworker out loud “is this focaccia?”. She then proceeded to keep asking her coworker on how to make various things, which seemed to slow the whole sandwich making process down to a near halt. I think the worst part of the experience for us was finally getting the sandwiches after a 30 min wait time and then watching as the worker tipped the sandwich onto the floor. So I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my own sandwich. We are patient people, and did not make a scene and also tried to help clean the mess off the floor. But man the service completely ruined our experience. Hire better staff. Or train...
