I am so beyond upset and frustrated with this store and the food they provide or should I say would even allow to leave there store location!! I placed an online order at 4:57 PM, the pizza arrived at 5:21 PM. I opened the box only to realize that they had placed majority of the cheese on the pepperoni side, but a very scarce amount on the chicken side (to the point that when my son went to go and pick up the pizza, the toppings were falling off. I called the storefront at 5:22 PM explaining what had happened and that I would appreciate them to send a new pizza to me and I would happily send the other pizza back (keep in mind I did not ask for a refund I asked for a replacement). The replacement arrived at 6:15 PM for me only to see that the replacement was also incorrect. The pepperoni side had just a few pieces of green peppers (meaning 2) and extra pineapple - That wasn’t my order!! I then called the store at 6:16 PM advising them that their second attempt for a pizza was still incorrect and please keep in mind, I have a 4 1/2 year-old son that was just wanting his pizza at this point. The woman that I spoke to put me on hold and said well, I’ve spoken to our team members and they have advised me that the pizza was correct. I said no, please provide an email address to me so that I am able to send you a photo with the timestamp to acknowledge that it is not. She couldn’t even provide an email for the store but provided her cellphone number (to which I did send the photos to) How are you going to argue with a customer who has photos that are time stamped and also not to mention, when the delivery driver came to replace the first pizza I showed him the pizza and he even acknowledged that it was not made correctly. Furthermore, how do you not have an email address for your storefront? He offered that I could keep the pizza and I said no, you can send it back to the store and tell your managers to use this as a learning/teaching opportunity for your staff (re: consistency and following the order that are provided). After all was said and done, I advised the woman that I was speaking with that I would appreciate a rush on the pizza. However, I would be taking one slice out and moving toppings so that my son can eat, who is normally in bed, showered by 7 PM, she responds by saying well it takes 20 to 25 minutes to make and because of where you live (to me, that sounds like a you problem and keep in consideration, I’m just off of Mt. Seymour Parkway and Riverside. I am absolutely up hauled with not only the quality of food that is being sent out of that storefront, but also the lack of professionalism and managerial skills. I kept advising them that I have a 4 1/2 year old, there is no reason when an order is placed at 4:57 PM And you don’t get it right the first time that you would still get it wrong the second time. We are now at 6:52 PM while I am writing this review and still waiting. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Buyer beware!! Also: Please Note … I will be returning the second replacement pizza bare In order to ensure I have toppings for the third pizza that will most likely come scarce or wrong! Pictures Below Please note : the pizza was delivered yet again at 7:06 PM and had five little pieces of chicken (picture also below which I opened in front of the delivery driver) so I sent it back and I’m done with Domino’s). Three different pizzas, and none of which are consistent as shown and provided with the photos . I would really hope the owner of this storefront contact me directly because this is not OK. Furthermore, this last delivery driver who arrived to my home while I was looking at the pizza was on his phone speaking in his language I don’t think that’s OK. Keep your conversations to yourself and please, take full advantage to converse when you are in your vehicle or at your storefront!! I am disgusted

(Updated Review) Simply, every bite is a joy! The dough is fluffy and mouth-watering with a crust full of cheese. You can actually feel that the toppings are made with fresh ingredients. Just to be aware though, you cannot leave the pizza in the fridge or even in the freezer for too long because it can go bad. I think it proves that they don't use any preservatives. I know some pizzas can last for months, and I sometimes wonder what they are made of. I haven't recently tried Domino's in other locations, so I can't say much about Domino's in general. However, I don't mind taking half an hour more to get Domino's pizza at Lynn Valley Town Centre, rather than walking only two minutes to get a pizza from other places close to my home. I hope Domino's at Lynn Valley Town Centre would keep up the good work! Thumbs up! (Review in August 2025) Super nice people. Saw them giving out two boxes of pizza to a person in need for free. Taste wise, it's absolutely delicious. I can't get enough of their stuffed crust.

Staff are super friendly and nice at this branch. The pizza is mediocre, not only at this branch but across domino’s branches. You can see a little inconsistency between branches. But overall it’s a good choice for a quick order or pick up especially when you don’t have time or energy to choose. To get the best deal always check their website deals first. Staff are always nice enough to get you the online deals if you walk in. My recommendation is the veggie pizza and Philly cheesesteak pizza.

Horrible customer service. I had the wrong address in the app when I ordered pizza and I phoned them to fix it and they confirmed they would contact the driver to correct it before he went out on his route. I also fixed my address in the app for my order. Despite all that, they delivered my pizza to the wrong house to some random stranger, without even confirming it was me who ordered the pizza.

I called the back asking where my pizza was and they said it was delivered. They must have forgot to correct the address with their driver because they didn’t deliver it to me. After I reminded them of our previous call they said it was my fault for them delivering the pizza to the wrong house. They gaslit me saying I had never called them earlier to fix the address, and they made me wait on hold as they passed the phone line from random employee to random employee, filibustering. I told them I even fixed the address on the app before they had even started making the pizza and they continued to gaslight me saying the Dominoes app was not their app. They said I should take my complaints with dominoes headquarters.

They were very hostile and unforgiving, with no ability to help solve the problem. They wouldn’t refund me or replace my pizza and I lost $60. They had no sympathy and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME and said they were very busy.

I will never order from dominoes again, which is a shame because because they usually...

I went in to order a large pizza and cinnamon bites using only the online coupons in my own name—no employee discounts involved. The staff member Nav Noor prepared my order and handed me two boxes. After finishing the pizza, we opened the second box expecting cinnamon bites, only to find parmesan bites instead.

I immediately returned to the counter with the open box and explained the mistake. Nav Noor mumbled something (sounded like ā€œwaitā€ or ā€œhold onā€) and then ignored me, so I reasonably assumed the issue would be corrected and stepped outside briefly. Later, she called my friend (who happens to work there) and demanded the parmesan bites back, saying they would make the cinnamon bites. We explained the box was already opened and a few bites were eaten—because they handed us the wrong item.

Instead of owning the error, she told us we must either pay for the cinnamon bites or keep the wrong item, and finally offered only 25% off. This is completely unacceptable: • I ordered and paid correctly. • The staff made the mistake. • I was treated as if I were at fault and pressured to pay extra.

This shows a serious lack of customer service and customer satisfaction skills. A simple apology and quick replacement should have been obvious. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Management needs to train staff on how to handle mistakes professionally and ensure customers aren’t penalized for errors they...
