Pizza is very good for a take out pizza chain.
However, in the last 3 orders out of 4 we have realized they did the cut out the middle of pizza trick that went viral on Twitter & tictoc couple of months ago.
It looks like they don't even try to hide it. You can see that clearly on the pizza we got today. Compared to the box shape you can clearly see the pizza is not exactly round and smaller than it should be. Which I guess could happen in a place where the pizza dough is opened by hand. But in Panago they use round trays to make sure pizzas come out exactly round and the right size. Look at slice "1", edges don't match on both sides with slices 2 and 10, it is much smaller than it should be. Compare slice 1 to slice 6, cut line on one side matches but not on the other side. toppings on tip of slice 5 don't match with slice 4 or slice 6. We were pretty hungry so I didn't try to reorganize the slices but I think slice 5 should be next to slice 10. Look at the edge and how it sticks out as well. Compare that to the edges of 4 and 3 which match perfectly. If you look at the cut lines and especially the middle of the pizza it looks like each slice was cut individually not with 5 straight lines, which doesn't make any sense.
It looks like the slices were moved around after they have been cut. I assume, it was very obvious when the middle strip was removed, so they moved the slices around to make it more round, maybe?
If it only happened once I would say I am seeing things but 3 times out of 4 is pretty suspicious. Maybe they don't like me there... I'll order from another account next time and we'll see...
Read moreDon't waste your money here. We ordered our pizza from Panago tonight. It took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. My fiance Shaun called multiple times to figure out where our order was. Each time they assured us that the delivery person would be knocking on our door momentarily. Nothing. The last time he called, the customer service person offered us a $61 credit. What on earth do they want us to do with that? When the delivery person finally showed up, he didn't even appologize. He didn't show empathy for our frustration. He acted like we were an imposition on him. And then when we finally have our food, and this is the first time I've tried their Gluten-free crust, the food was awful. Maybe it was the insane amount of time the food had gone between being prepared and actually arriving at our door, but I'm more convinced that it's just poor quality. Save your money and go somewhere else, like Fresh Slice. At least they deliver in a...
Read moreAverage pizza, although I appreciate the variety of options. However, for some reason this location seems to ALWAYS be out of stock for all of the best items, sometimes for weeks at a time. Can’t order my usual pizza toppings or dips over half the time because they are out of stock! It’s really annoying, especially because the app doesn’t tell you they are out of stock until the last step of the ordering process.
Edit: tried to order again, still very limited ingredients. I had to get a different dipping sauce than my usual once again, and it gave me food poisoning. Have been sick for days now. Not happy. Not to mention, the last few times we ordered the garlic cheesy bread, they put the thinnest layer of cheese on it possible. I miss when there was so much cheese that you could pull it apart and get nice stringy cheese. 😭 What is going on here lately?! New management? Personally I am avoiding this location...
