2025 and the Tim Hortons’ team at Esso gas station on #2177 Dollarton, NV, BC, Canada is working on full blast to bring a nice and relaxing start of the day to everyone being lucky enough to stop at this location.

Prabh - with her great smile, sensitivity to day to day “operations” and diplomacy in her responses is awesome.

Jyoti - “new addition” to the team, but her customer service is laser sharp. The great potential is noticeable.

Satkaran - in his “stealth mode” - knowledgeable and working with a light speed, marking everything to looks easy …😊

Rajat - great personality, customer service and positive Energy in every task involved.👍

Look elsewhere. Located inside the Esso gas station makes it convenient BUT... It's understaffed at peak hour, and can have a line out the door in the morning. Staff is generally slow, not particularly polite or attentive and products don't appear to be fresh - though the latter seems to be a trend across Tim Horton's in general. As the gas station itself has converted its convenience store to a 7-11 the location seems to be in competition.... Unless getting your gas keep in mind there is another TH just two blocks away, and a Starbucks, and the cafe at Stongs across the street - all of which would be MUCH...

Place is alright…the newer staff need a bit better training I think -One guy puts enough mayo for 4 sandwiches on 1…not sure what that’s about? -One girl clearly has something against white bread because she doesn’t listen when you want white…it’s always whole wheat.

Update: Whoever runs this place should hire new staff…like all I hear is people complaining or making sure they understand what you are telling them. They just make mistake after mistake. 1 year ago the guy working was the best, and now it’s just filled with people who don’t know anything...
