Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service at Subway – 2455 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver
Dear Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your 2455 Dollarton Hwy Unit 120, North Vancouver location.
I have always used the Flip app for my purchases at various branches without any issues. However, during my recent visit to this location, the cashier refused to accept the app and declined to scan it. Despite explaining that I have successfully used the app at other branches, I was denied service and asked to leave without receiving any food.
This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, especially in contrast to the service I’ve consistently received from your other branches.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and clarify whether the Flip app is officially accepted at all branches. I also hope appropriate measures will be taken to ensure better customer service and consistent policy enforcement in the future.

Read moreworst customer service i have ever experienced. they took, my order, toasted my sub, took it out of the oven, and then let it sit there for 10 minutes as they helped the large group of people that arrived AFTER my sub had been half made. 8 people who arrived after me were served AND CHARGED before they went back and tried to finish my sub. walking around me as if i didn't exist, while the employees refused to make eye contact with me. i walked out and went to the crab shop next door where they treat people like human beings. I'm not sure if they were racist, or friends with the people who were apparently much more important than me, but either way it made me feel horrible and very disrespected. me and my family will never return to this...
Read moreHaving to watch and make sure I am getting what I paid for is a bit ridiculous. Each "chicken bacon ranch" 6 inch is supposed to get a full scoop of the chicken. I watched 4 sandwiches being made and half a scoop go on each and had to ask for the correct amount, which made me feel ridiculous. That's my hard earned money, and I'm paying for the sandwich I wanted. I really dislike having to ask for MORE when it comes to veggies, as the sprinkle of everything is not cutting it either.
I'm guessing that was the last time I spend my time saying "more" at subway.
