Mui Garden Restaurant (North Vancouver) — Restaurant in District of North Vancouver

Checking out the new Mui Garden on Dollarton in North Vancouver which just opened up two weeks ago. Was so excited to hear about this iconic Chinese restaurant that’s been famous for their Curry Beef Brisket for decades in Vancouver coming to the North Shore as there are very few good authentic Chinese restaurants here. The Curry Beef Brisket is just as good as it was at the OG location from what I remember. Chinese Food on the North Shore is generally pricier than in other areas in the Lower Mainland so it was good to see such reasonable priced Chinese food here. They are mainly a take out place but do have some limited seating inside. They are only open from 11am-7pm Monday through Friday now but I suggested they open on weekends too and perhaps close on Monday and Tuesday instead. 3 Parking spots are available at the back as street parking is limited. Great addition to the Maplewood area. Portions are generous and everything on the menu is a winner. I'm hoping this place succeeds and brings more items from their other restaurants.
