My partner and I have come to this restaurant 3 times and have been disappointed each time with regards to a female cashier (brown hair, don’t know name). The last time I was there was yesterday around 5/5:15pm. The first time we went, my partner ordered a general Thai that also showed on her computer, and I asked for a Tom yum with no onions (she told me it doesn’t have). She threw out the receipt right when it came out and when we asked for it back she said sorry (didn’t get it). When the food came, my partner received pad Thai and informed the cashier it wasn’t right and wanted what he ordered. She insisted that’s what he ordered and I said no, I heard him clearly and it also showed on the screen and the receipt you threw out. She didn’t have it replaced. Came home and my soup came with a handful of onions. The EXACT thing happened again a few weeks later. Yesterday we have one last chance and ordered the same food, except this time I asked for a small Tom yum combo with a drink and imperial rolls. Took it home after she passed us the plastic bag and the lid was open, spilling in the car and at home, she didn’t include the imperial rolls. It’s really difficult to support a restaurant that hires cashiers who argue with you when you ask kindly to them what you need. Happy update: Feb 17 2025. Moving my review up to 4 stars. Administration had reached out to us and not only did they rectify the situation by giving a refund, we went back to the same restaurant and the improvement was night and day. It’s nice that they took our complaint seriously. Good job guys thank you .

I’ve eaten at Thai Express many times over the years but never at this location. My sister and I went for supper tonight and we ordered the veg / gf pad Thai with tofu. Not only did we get just a 1/2 bowl of food, the noodles were so sticky they would not even break up. There’s was no veggies, just gross noodles and super dry over-cooked tofu. The nerve to charge $14 for 1/2 a bowl of noodles and hard tofu. My sister and I won’t ever eat at any Thai Express again.

Food was excellent, but my experience was flawed by the rude workers. I asked for a to-go container to put half my food in it as I knew I wouldn’t eat more than half in one sitting and I was rudely told by the cook to come back at the end of my meal if I actually didn’t finish it. He even hesitated to give me siracha sauce when I asked for it.

I decided to go ask the cashier for it instead and I could see him aggressively giving her a hard time for giving it to me.
