It all started with a dirty table that took almost 10 min to clean and that was after asking for it to be cleaned. I asked the waitress Anna for a margarita bull dog , when she came back with my drink it wasn’t slushy at all. She told me the machine was broken but didn’t tell me or offer anything else. She just made a runny watered down margarita and expected it to be ok. This is a $17 drink, I was not impressed. When our appetizer came to the table they did not provide us with any cutlery, napkins or plates. After waiting 10 min trying to get someone attention we finally received what we needed to eat by this time the food was soggy and not hot. While this was going on a group of 8 sat down at another table. This larger table then became the priority and we were ignored. I had asked for a shot of tequila to add to my watered down drink and it took so long because our waitress was more interested in the large table that came in after us. I had enough and went up to the bar and requested our dinner be canceled and that I would pay for what we drank and ate . The waitress then proceeded to apologize by saying sorry but the larger tables are a priority. Excuse me I don’t care how large the group is , that does not excuse the poor service we received before and after the group arrived. My husband and I were looking forward to a nice date night and it was ruined . Anna had the nerve to try and still serve us the food we did not want anymore. My complaint was not about the food it was about the lack of service. Being in the bar for almost an hour and only receiving 2 drinks and a appetizer I was done. Read moreWent here wed for wing night with an group ordered wings my first order was good the second wasn’t full cooked as I ate them I noticed I told the staff, they asked if I would like another told them no thanks they said they would take the order off my bill , said thank you , when it came to pay the bill the waitress came with the bank machine telling me that it’s been taking off my bill didn’t think at the time so I paid it. One of my friends said you didn’t get your bill though. I realize that then asked for it I had paid for myself and my son, we each had two orders of wings a pop in a beer. All the orders of wings were still on the bill after I received it, but the woman assured me that it wasn’t when I got home immediately got sick due to the uncooked chicken. I called them to let them know that the food should be checked and reviewing my bill more, they did not take off that order. They followed to tell me then that they took it off. The other person‘s order, not mine and that I should call them and get an E transfer from them to cover mine. I said really that’s not gonna happen. You guys should pay attention more. They told me the manager would call me the next day. It is now three days later. still no word will not be eating there ever again. And the place wasn’t even busy there might’ve been only three tables no excuse
Update nov 24 I emailed Boston pizza as there request and just as I thought got noting back from them they put on here there concern and ask you to reach out and when you do they don’t reply or anything horrible...
Read moreAbsolutely. Worst customer service out of any restaurant by far. But I guess that kind of matches their food which is some of the worst in the city. Mother ordered bandera bread and loves the sauce but today when she ordered, my father went to go pick it up and when he got home he realized the dip was missing. When he called in to talk to them about it, there was nothing they would do. They said he could come get another sauce, and that was it. They litterally sat there and tried saying he denied the dip when she wont even eat it without it. So basically she's either got to throw the bandera bread in the oven or microwave to keep it warm while he goes and picks up something that they forgot. When he said he wanted a fresh order, that there was no way he's gonna make her food sit around for another 30-45 min while he runs to get another dip, they told him that that's his only option either go pick up a dip or bring the food back and get his money back. Absolutely ridiculous customer service at this location. I don't suggest anybody goes here. I would literally tell you to avoid this place at all cost. They don't care about there customers or customer service not one bit all they care about is making a dime at the cost of there customers. So the next time anyone is thinking about going to Boston pizza. I suggest they steer clear of this location unless you want to be treated with disrespect and horrible...
