I beg anyone one that is thinking about eating at this location please do not. Their customer service skills along with the head office are all out to not take care of their customer. I order from this location on May 13. I order a pretty large order around $43 worth of food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo, a big king XL, 2 orders of chicken fries and 8 mozza sticks. First I got to the window to pay and they informed me that the chicken sandwich I order was unavailable no problem I switched to a double whopper with cheese with no ketchup, mayo and no pickle. I got my order and because of covid-19 and my wife having an auto immune disease we are extremely careful when eating out and actually sanitize all the items we order when pulling them out of the bag so I no longer check when ordering special orders like I used to at the store. After removing all the food about to go eat and my double whopper with cheese is covered in mayo ketchup and yep you guessed it it had the pickle. They made just the normal whopper. No problem I called the store thinking they would help me out and rectify this for me. I asked for a supervisor when I called in and the person that answered the phone his name was Fog answered the phone and said he is the supervisor on shift. I explained to him that that there was a mistake to my order where he proceeded to explain he personally remembers packing my order and there was nothing wrong he made it himself. I explained that I ordered my burger a certain way where he said that is not how it was ordered calling me a liar basically. He then went and asked the cashier that had taken my order where she confirmed that I indeed asked for my burger a certain way. He acknowledged the mistake but still did not apologize but said I can come back and he will remake the burger. I explained I live a distance away from this location so I would like either to remake my entire portion of the order or to refund or store credit it. I thinking wasn't an unreasonable request as if I went there and back to get my new burger I would have been reheating the rest of my order and who would want to do that and me personally I would not enjoy reheating fries and you can't just eat fries without the sandwich when it is your dinner. He refused to do this for me and was not willing to come to any other compromise so I then asked to speak with the store manager who was not in but I gave my name and number and said they would call me back. Three days went by still without a call so I then called the store back where they still had my number but no manager was available. I then waited another two day we are now May 18 still no call back so I decided to call burger king customer service. The head office gave me a ticket number and said someone from the regional team would reach out to me after speaking to the store but it may take a while to get back to me with everything going on I understood and said no problem. It is now June 1 two weeks later since I contacted head office and I have not received a single call about my situation so I now call head office back where they pull up my file with my confirmation number. The agent on the phone then proceeds to tell me someone has called me asking to not return to their store again. I said no one has called and why am I being asked not to come back when I did nothing wrong. She said that is what the note says and that is it. Basically a final, beat it we don't want to help you to bad you just a blip in the corporate food chain so this is why I have now wrote this review. With the times we are in spending the hard earned dollars that I am lucky enough to have right now to be able to eat out I will be using my money to support more caring and compassionate businesses that are willing to provide there customer with the services levels they deserve and will not ever in my life spend another cent here. I also urge customer if eating fast food in this area to go to Mcdonalds, Dairy Queen, Harvey's, Tim Hortons, Arbys, or Little Ceasars. All within minutes or even the same...
Read moreMe and my wife are whopper lover so I always do drive thru 2-3 times a week. So disappointed that I clearly ordered 2 whopper burgers only just few minutes ago but they gave me 2 order of nuggets. It was a wrongly given order. What's even more disappointing is how they settled the situation. Since I drove a meter already I went down and approached the window cashier about the problem but keeps repeating about the nuggets. Told her i didn't order nuggets but whoppers and returned the nuggets with the receipt. I'm sure you can replay customer orders in today's date around 4:45pm to 5pm. There were no response and it's getting chilly standing at -25 with windchill. Saw the Assistant Store Manager talking to the cashier but can't hear them since the window cashier closed the window again. Knocked and signaled them I'm keeping the cue so I'll wait at the curb side opposite to the window where I can't disturb other customers but visible to staff. Waited for almost 5 minutes before the cashier wave to me to come to the window again just to explain that it was their mistake. They refunded me for what they charged me for the nuggets but then charged me again for the whoppers. Even more disappointing of all that conversation with them is I'm still standing in the cold for couple minutes more waiting coz my whoppers is still not ready. I mean Seriously?? It's already a hassle for the customer to get a wrong order but to keep them standing in the cold waiting to correct the mistake that the staff made is not a good sign of managing a business. To think the Assistant Manager was right there in the window. Seems like I'm gonna have to switch to...
Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the way I was treated by one of your employees at millwoods location on Tuesday at 7:32 PM.
When I called the store, the staff member who answered was not only disrespectful, but also unprofessional to the point of being insulting. She repeatedly raised her voice at me, told me to “be quiet and listen,” and accused me of calling the store the previous day—which I had not. For clarification, while I did place an order of about $26 at 10:35 PM the night before.
The employee also refused to provide her name and dismissed me with the words, “go ahead and complain, I don’t care,” before abruptly hanging up. What made this interaction even more frustrating was that she struggled to communicate clearly in English, which only escalated the situation as she repeatedly tried to yell over me rather than listen.
This encounter left me feeling humiliated, insulted, and completely disrespected. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner. As someone who lives just minutes away and has been a loyal customer, I now feel unwelcome and reluctant to ever return to this location.
This type of conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management of the restaurant. I strongly urge you to review this incident and take immediate action to ensure your employees treat customers with the basic respect and professionalism...
