Noodle Xtreme — Restaurant in Edmonton

We have been ordering food from this place for many years and used to really love it. The last couple of orders in the past year have not been as good... and well... today's order will be our last. The meals tasted nothing like they used to taste... they were actually quite gross. The chicken was rubbery and had a not so good sauce compared to in the past, and the regularly ordered veggie/tofu/rice meal was super greasy and smelt/tasted weird. Upon calling them we were very upset to find out the sauce in the Veggie meal contained oyster sauce and chicken broth when in the past we were always told it was a vegetarian sauce. This is totally unacceptable. This place is nothing like it used to be and I will no longer be recommending it. Prices have gone up and food quality and quantity has gone down. Truly...

⚠️⚠️FOOD POISONING WARNING⚠️⚠️ We had the stirfry delight on fried noodles and some green onion cakes. The cakes were meh with hardly any taste to them. The stirfry was better but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately we both woke up in the middle of the night feeling sick to our stomachs and suspect food poisoning. Will not be eating here ever again.

UPDATE: we have severe food poisoning and are seeking medical attention as well as a formal AHS complaint. Upon further inspection of this establishment, they have NUMEROUS citations on their March 6th 2023 Health Inspection Report regarding cleanliness and fridge failures. It appears that Noodle Xtreme's overall quality as a restaurant has declined. Increased prices (17.95 for Xtreme Deluxe Vermicelli), and as pictured, decreased portions. My shrimp skewer was a poor excuse for 3 shrimp. Flavour was good; however, for value purposes I do not believe I will visit or order from Noodle Xtreme again. Being a Millwoods local, it is disappointing to see a place I visited often demonstrate poor aspects of a restaurant. The young woman serving is not friendly and would benefit from interpersonal or customer service training as well. Hope this place does a review on...
