I have lived in Edmonton for 13 years and it's been so hard to find someone that can even close to my mom's cooking!!
When I first was recommended this place, I only had a doordash pass. But I also noted they're on Uber Eats for the item I wanted (saag and makki roti). I took a chance and called them directly and asked if they could provide the same order that they do for Uber Eats (but to doordash). I spoke to Krishna and she told me exactly what to do instead so her employees know. It took a bit of note taking but what I ended up receiving was beyond expectation!!!
I just wanna say that the most magnificent Krishna understood exactly what i was saying! She never once made me feel like I was a burden or disruptive to her business. She went above and beyond to show her customer service. Since then this is the only establishment I go to for saag and makki roti!
And everytime when I make those specific notes, they always know...

I asked for a bag, and instead of politely informing me that it costs $1, she just rudely added the charge to the payment screen without saying a word. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional, especially with other customers waiting behind me. It put me in an uncomfortable spot ā as if I had no choice but to pay.
A simple explanation or polite communication wouldāve been appreciated. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I hope the management addresses this so others donāt face the...
