Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

This is mine and my boyfriends go to pizza place but over the last 6 months this place has went severely downhill. I just ordered $60 worth of pizza , both were raw, didn’t have extra cheese like I paid for or extra bacon. Order the one pizza with mushrooms only on half the pizza instead they put tons of mushrooms all over the pizza. It was their sizzle chicken ranch pizza. The new chicken they have tasted like your eating rock chicken that’s fake it is by far the most disgusting chicken I’ve ever had on a pizza. Almost as if you left the chicken out to dry and then cooked it. This is the 3rd time now I’ve had a bad experience I won’t be going back. And the owner tried to fix one of the bad experiences I had and let me order fresh pizza when I wanted it so a few weeks later I took my free pizza and it was worst then the first time I had it messed up. I also ordered it for a specific time to be ready at 7. Walked in the door it wasn’t ready the worker told me it would 5 minutes. 20 minutes later with my newborn freaking out pizza still wasn’t done so my guess he didn’t start making the pizza till I got there. Was also told there was no delivery driver working that night. 10 minutes later I see a driver walk through the door. Will not be coming back to this place. Lost me as a customer and we ordered minimum a few times a month from this place. Not to mention the driver just left my order outside on the freezing step in -20° didn’t knock or notify me that it...

Ordered a jumbo donair and garlic cheese bread and they fumbled around looking lost and went to making the donair first. They shaved the the meat but didn’t fry it on the stove stop for very long then took a while to wrap it. Then they sat around and finally clued in to make the cheese bread so had to wait over another 10 minutes while the donair sat getting colder so by the time it got home it wasn’t warm at all. The donair was also a lot smaller than other locations like the castledown location. Last complaint but the meat had a really funny taste was very unpleasant. Staff walking around aimlessly and looked clueless making our 2 super donairs. When the cashier took our order she didn’t listen to what I was saying and messed up multiple times. They don’t look like they know what they are doing. As a previous Busters employee, this is not how a Busters is run. Will not be coming back to this location anytime soon. While waiting for my order, there are other customers waiting in line who haven’t been assisted despite the fact they’re busy doing whatever it is in the kitchen.
