Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

Loved the Busters back home in Grande Prairie. But, this location here was such a disappointment. I was craving a donair and went to the store at 9pm. I ordered the regular donair with cheese, lettuce, extra tomatoes and ease up on the onions with sweet sauce. The guy who helped me put on gloves with the til and debit. My order rang in and a different larger chubby guy with no gloves was eating and still chewing a mouthful of food. When with no gloves, grabbed the meat and started shaving it. Then threw some on the grill and the rest into a steamer. Then he grabbed a pita with his bare hands, sprayed the grill with a water bottle and tossed the pita on the grill over the water. It's, now he finally puts on gloves but proceeds to blow on them withnhis mouth also blows towards the veggies. Then he grabs the pita and tosses it onto the table and reads the screen. I remind him extra tomatoes, lettuce and only a little onions with sweet sauce. I see the tomatoes he puts in they're NOT diced and instead sliced in large half slices. He just puts in 2 slices. I get home which is not far and my donair is friggin cold! It's wrapped in foil and not in a little plastic donair pouch or bag. As MOST places do that because the donairs leak and drip. It's loaded with large thick peices of onions when i asked for just a little! The donair is not even with the contents inside. The cheese is not placed in the center and not melted. The meat is cold, the lettuce is cold. And it falls apart and difficult to eat because it's not in the small plastic donair bag, than wrapped in foil. Worst donair I ever had anywhere! This place makes Queen Donair look like the best around! Lol. When it's clearly Swiss Donair! Avoid this place and go to the 7-11 down the street and get a hot dog instead of this place. Just a heads up, don't ever order from BUSTERS pizza...

Roughly two weeks ago I ordered through Skip and my pizza came totally wrong and burnt to boot. I contacted the location directly and the guy working had to call a manager to approve a note on my file saying I would get a pizza of the same value and free delivery since I wasn't getting anything refunded through Skip. It took him so long to get back to me that they didn't have a delivery driver anymore and pick up wasn't an option, hence going through Skip.

Tonight its hot as heck so I decided to redeem my free pizza. A guy comes on the line and said because I gave them a thumbs down on Skip it affected their rating and they didn't make THEIR profit so I no longer am being offered my free pizza and delivery.

I asked if I could speak to a manager and there was a long pause. I said "are you a manager?" To which he responded "I'm a supervisor" so I asked again to speak to a manager. "Oh I'm a manager too actually"...

Like what, if you don't want a thumbs down then make your food right. If you don't want a bad rating, make your food right.

I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE! January 2022 During this month, I've ordered twice and have always ordered the same dishes from day one. I'm a regular customer and for my wings order, I always get 2 ranch dip sauce. This 3rd order tonight, Justin, the supervisor told me he has to charge me extra for the 2nd dip. I told him even the owners when they're present, I get the extra sauce with no charge. I had to repeat myself 3x to him and he wouldn't listen to me. I think Justin is playing power trip and I'm tired of his poor customer service! I've had previous orders from him and some of them were prepared messy but I've never complained. I come pick up my order, there's no greetings, no hi nor hello, no smile, as if I'm disturbing him. Last night while waiting for my order, he was playing an Indian music and so loud but I never complained. He gave me the impression he couldn't care less whether I order or not so I told him never will I give my business to this pizza place ever again!
