On Tuesday July 11 I picked up two meals to go. When I got home I noticed that the quesadilla was on the wrong type of wrap and there was an allergy so it could not be eaten. I tried calling many times but nobody answered. I continued to try to contact the staff and ended up spending almost two weeks trying to get a manager to return my call. Pinder was my server and i told them I didn’t keep the receipt but pulled up the transaction on my mobile banking and provided the number for them to locate my order. I was questioned on if I was sure I purchased at the Windermere location of which I confirmed in a few different occasions with different staff members none of which were ever managers as none were available. I finally received a call and when down to the store to get my refund. At this point she told me she cannot refund me and again did not seem to believe I made the purchase. Then made me go through the receipt process again and said she cannot find it. Finally agreed to make me two new meals but I had just eaten. She said that’s the only thing they could do. I waited while about 6 customers who came in after me were served. I asked how much longer after waiting 20 min and she said, at least 10 more minutes as she did not start making my order yet. I was frustrated and said I would wait outside. She didn’t hear me and when I went back into the store about 15 minutes later, she told me she didn’t make the food thought I left! Hi again, I’ve tried to leave messages nobody’s called me back I have never had such a bad customer service. It’s disappointing because I did love the food at chopped leaf.
On July 24: The district manager who was extremely kind called me yesterday and agreed to refund my two meals. He explained he would contact the store yesterday and have someone from the location reach out to complete my refund. I ordered a sunshine wrap from chopped and a nestea drink through skip... my delivery guy dropped off the food and there was no nestea, just the wrap. I took a bite into the wrap, and it wasn't a sunshine... maybe a bangkok or something. Obviously, I went through skip to deal with this. I submitted a refund, and then RE ORDERED the wrap and added a message explaining that they accidentally gave me the wrong wrap, and to please just ensure it was the sunshine and a nestea drink... they rejected my order. I was confused and skip explained it was the restaurant that rejected it, not their end? I submitted another response apologizing if I offended, and even told them that I appreciated the work they do. It got rejected again. I provided screenshots of my messages below... maybe my messages were rude but I felt like it was fine. I ordered JUST the wrap again, and it was confirmed likely because it wasn't the same order as before... I've been sitting here disgruntled and worrying about the wrap and I'm just not going to eat it.. I'm legitimately scared they spit in it or something, which I've literally never worried about before.
I don't understand, why treat someone like that? It's really petty. Like it's just a health food place... Read moreToday i.e. May/24/2023, me and my friend went here for brunch @2:00pm. We ordered One Bangkok wrap and Baja Chicken Quesadilla but both were not upto the mark as compared to other locations. First of all, we informed them we are here to dine in and they just served the food in disposable boxes instead of giving crockery for dining in. Secondly, the quesadilla was very soft and not even warmed up properly, very less amount of cheese, veggies, chicken due to which everything fell out of quesadilla and later we were left out to eat the stuff fallen out in box with our hands. It was hard to take even a bite of quesadilla as everything was falling out from it. I could have taken picture of fallen stuff but my hands were dirty. Lastly, the wrap was also not wrapped properly, it was very lose and stuff was coming out from the wrap. We have tried other locations, but this one is worst and will not go next time also recommend my friends not visit here, if you are spending 30-40$ and still not getting the satisfactory food then whats the fun...
