CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Windermere — Restaurant in Edmonton

What can I say, Cocos has always been my go to bubble tea in Edmonton. I’ve always been a huge fan of the work what they do. This franchise assures QUALITY over all the drinks they serve, the cashiers are always nice and friendly towards the customers. From what my family and I have experienced. Cocos Windermere is the place to go if you want a good experience with authentic Taiwanese drinks. Believe me, you will not regret it. In fact, if I have an option to, I would choose to come here everyday. Unfortunately, my family doctor would raise some concerns, but that is the only thing that is holding me back from coming here religiously. Trust me on this one, coming to Cocos Windermere is the best choice you can make in your life. Personally, my favorite drink is the Pearl Roasted Milk Tea, with 50% sugar and less ice. The roasted tea leaves give the drink a stronger taste and overall elevates the drink from a standard bubble tea, to one of its kind. In fact, I would argue that Cocos bubble tea STANDOUT from its other competitions and no other drink place in Alberta can hold a fair competition with Cocos Windermere. I will standby my opinion to this store until the end of time and I can ensure you that my love for Cocos Windermere will never fade until the end of time. Enough for drinks, I’ll move on to the staffs. The staffs at Cocos Windermere are all very professional and they greet ALL customers with passion and love. All the staffs there are young people who will have bright futures ahead of them. I may not know them personally, but their professional work attitude alone is enough to move me to tears and as a fellow young adult I aspire to become like them...

We decided to try out a new bubble tea spot, local in our neighborhood. Unfortunately we were very disappointed, after waiting in line to place my order, I waited 30 minutes for my number to be called. I then asked for an update and an estimated time frame for how much longer it would take, only to be told that my order was forgotten. They then rushed to make my order, and handed me one drink, when I had paid for two. I let them know that this was not the correct order. They then made my order, and upon tasting it, we realized that the drinks were mixed up - we requested one half sweet, and one regular, and the drinks were the opposite of our request. I've always loved Coco's, great consistency, variety, and quality certainly one of the best chains we have in Edmonton! This location proved the same as well! Same favorites that I know and love like mango dream, strawberry latte and black tea macchiato with crystal pearls! (Though I hope they get some new additions this summer, would love to try something new) But notably for this location no matter how busy serves with great service! Always welcoming you with a "Welcome to Coco" and a "have a nice day" without fail. All in all a calmer location as opposed to the super busy WEM and Calgary...
