After getting a hold of a manager, 1 month and 10 days later NO ANSWER AT THE RESTAURANT NO RETURNED MESSAGES. I contacted head office and then bam the store answered the phone. Marie said she would have the manager call me back when he is there but then called me and informed me he’s too busy they are renovating. When I went to record the call she hung up on me . I called back 3 times until John picked up .
I was told cct footage was looked at and they did forget my coupons for my sons kids meal ( whatever they get a cone or whatever it is ) they did forget my pretzel sticks and they did see me hand one drink back because I didn’t ask for 2 cups of milk . But everything else was made correctly. I asked if they have CCT footage or if they recorded the conversations when you order the food because when the order was rung in, it said add mayo not only mayo. Had cold fries after waiting SO long for the order to be rung in . I had to return a milk because we ordered a misty …. Then she switched up the upsized drinks , Pepsi and iced tea , ONE was upsized and you poured the wrong kind in ... why on earth would I lie about this? Why would someone lie about something so minimal ???????
I have a very thorough 20 minute conversation of what happened. Mmhmm Mmmhmm Mmmhmm Is what I heard . I asked if he would be happy if any of this he said no . I said I’m not sure why you’re treating me this way. I’m not definitely not a valued customer, especially with how much money I’ve spent at your location. I’m never going to your location again and he offered me to come in and get my pretzel sticks because they forgot that and the coupons, I said what about the drinks? What about the burger that’s made wrong did you check the CCT footage to see if they added mayo and ketchup and mustard to the burger?😆😆😆

Absolutely truly outrageous behaviour for a restaurant. These are independently owned restaurants and I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere where someone appreciates your money. The owner will not call me back. They will not rectify the problem except for offering me $15. I said don’t you think you should offer me my entire refund plus a free Meal after all of this????????????

Yet another person who says "I am very sorry". Do corporation not know how to rectify employees mistakes or mishaps. They have hired these people to represent them, their restaurant, the quality standards of their products, how they show the customers how much they mean to them? This is so rediculious. I have seen anything like this is the 24 years of working in customer service as well as being the customer for all my life. —————————————————————— Was the worst ever the only thing that was cooked and HOT was the onion rings and 1 of the fries and the 2 gravies....this is the poorest food service that my family and I have ever experienced....that tells me the people working in the kitchen don't like their job or doesn't like to work period....that also tells me that these employees of this location are working their asses off to make some else rich by service old cold food and to top it all off to lazy to cook the Damm bacon that happens to be cooked in the microwave for crying out load....our experience was disgraceful....I can't believe what we had to deal with....and all we got was a "sorry"....the took bacon off burger and cooked it and gave it back and kept saying "sorry" but never thought to fix the problem or composite us in any way other than continuely...
Read moreI came to this Dairy Queen last month as a panicky, but hopeful wife wanting to order a unique, memorable cake for my husband. We had just gotten back from Banff and with limited planning, I was hoping this team could create something special within a day.
I spoke to John, the manager, who told me their printer was down (to transfer a select image to the cake). He could sense my disappointment, I’m sure, and I started asking what else they could do. John was so patient from the get-go. I could tell he was invested in helping me to find a solution as we looked at the ready made cakes in the fridge and talked over colour combinations etc. Finally, I thought about a fun theme we could do - Spider-Man (my husband’s nostalgic favourite superhero) and I showed him a picture of the iconic Spider-Man mask. John said he could recreate it and we chatted more about colour combinations. And very reassuringly, at one point, he said, “leave it to me. I have an idea.” And right away, that put me at ease.
When I came back just a few hours later to pick up the cake - judging by the reaction of John’s colleagues, I knew he had done a great job. They brought the cake out and my eyes lit up. It was beautiful, fun, vibrant & sharp. It made me smile - the mask was drawn so well - I loved the details & the gradient colour design John had applied to the top of the cake. The rest of the team smiled along with me in recognition of how awesome a job he did. I think this must be testament to the kind of leader and manager John is. His talents are well respected, and I’ll always be thankful for him going above and beyond for me that day. Creating something special & memorable for my hubby’s birthday in mere hours meant the world to me.
